Hamid carefully examined it and, with complete honesty, told me that the lock was actually in good condition. He also cleaned my bracelet without charging me anything. Honesty and excellent customer service are truly the keys to success, and Hamid has both. I highly recommend that, before going anywhere else, you visit this store and see for yourself the wonderful service you will receive.

Great experience fixed my watch adjustment

I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this jewelry store. When I was purchasing, I was repeatedly assured that they would always buy back their own products whenever I decided to sell them. Now that I wanted to sell, they refused to buy it. I took the item to several other jewelry stores, and they all offered me only about one-third of what I originally paid. They also told me that I had paid far above the actual market value. Based on my experience, I feel that I was seriously misled during the purchase process. I trusted what I was told, and that trust was not honored. I am sharing this review to help others make an informed decision. Please be careful. I wish I had done more research before making my purchase.

This place is a scam. I strongly do not recommend selling your gold here. When I called, they told me they would buy my gold, but when I arrived, they said they would e-transfer the money the next morning. They didn’t send the payment until the afternoon — and to the wrong email address — even though I gave them the correct one and double-checked it. This happened to me twice. The first time, I thought it was a mistake, but the second time I realized it was a pattern. They keep making excuses and cause unnecessary stress. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, avoid this place. There are many honest gold buyers out there — this is not one of them. I regret trusting them and will never come back.

Hamid was very polite and friendly at first. He took the gold and said he couldn’t pay me right away because he had reached his e-transfer limit. He gave me a receipt and promised to send the money on Monday morning. Monday came and went—no money. I called, and he said his colleague had gone downtown and he would send it Tuesday. Tuesday passed—nothing. On Wednesday, he said his account had been hacked but promised payment by 5 PM. Of course, nothing came. Then on Thursday (Today)he said he had sent the money to another customer with the same first name by mistake because he confused our last names. What followed was a frustrating and completely unprofessional runaround: • “Our money transfer limit is reached!” • “We didn’t say Sunday – we meant Monday!” • “We didn’t say Monday – we meant Wednesday!!!!!!” • “Our bank account was hacked!” • “We accidentally paid someone else with the same first name!” It took 5 full days of repeated phone calls, follow-ups, and finally traveling back to the store in person just to get our payment.
