Dr. Ponzo is super pleasant, and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable to discuss my derm issues with her, and to ask questions. She was efficient without rushing, and very informative without causing any overwhelm. I'm really really happy with my first ever derm appointment. The staff at the clinic are just as warm, and professional as well. I highly recommend!

Dr Rachel Ruppel was energetic and kind. She was transparent and honest with my situation. She genuinely cared to learn more and understand my specific needs. She was also efficient and on time. The clinic is bright, modern, and clean. My referral appointment came much quicker than expected and I have a follow-up booked which I am looking forward to. I recently visited North York Dermatology Clinic with my wife and had an outstanding experience. Dr. Danny Mansour exceeded all expectations with his exceptional care. He was consistently smiling, highly professional, and ensured we felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic was immaculate, and the staff demonstrated respect, helpfulness, and excellent organization. While parking was limited and wait times were slightly longer, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall superior quality of care and service. I firmly recommend Dr. Mansour and the clinic to anyone seeking top-tier dermatology care.

Dr. Rachel Ruppel’s very accommodating. This is my first visit and she made me feel comfortable about my treatment. Alongside, the Staff were all professional. They went far and beyond from what I expected. The place is clean, there’s spacious parking and friendly environment. Ms. Agana has given an exemplary service. am extremely disappointed with our experience with Dr. Vida Abbasiranjba. My son was in Grade 6 when he was referred to this clinic for a wart. Dr. Abbasiranjba asked him to come in every other week for freezing treatments, and this continued for approximately two years. What seemed to be overlooked was both the physical pain and the emotional impact this routine was having on a young child. The freezing treatments were painful, and my son had to endure that physical discomfort repeatedly, every other week, for two years. On top of the pain, he had to leave his classroom during school hours, knowing that his classmates would notice and wonder where he was going. . The appointments were often not even on time, adding to his frustration and distress. Eventually, my son became so overwhelmed that he said he no longer cared about the wart and refused to go back. Clean, modern clinic with a professional-looking environment, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor coordination and communication. I waited four months for an appointment after my initial referral was lost. After my visit, there were further issues with follow-up. The receptionist attempted to explain treatment options but communicated unclearly, which led to confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth. More importantly, a required blood requisition was not sent despite two follow-ups and was only provided after I reached out again by email. This kind of delay and lack of organization can directly impact patient care. There is clear potential here, but the administrative and communication processes need significant improvement.

I visited Dr. Niakosari’s clinic for two years, but unfortunately, I did not have a satisfactory experience. The clinic was very disorganized, and their responsiveness and follow-up were quite poor. On several occasions, our appointments were cancelled without prior notice. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, we did not receive a proper response or effective follow-up. Eventually, we had to seek care elsewhere. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this clinic, as you are unlikely to have a positive experience.

This is for the people who actually check for human reviews and don't just glance at insta 5-star paid bot reviews: Don't go to this place for anything medical, just ask for a different place. I got referred here for a few different skin issues by my GP, and the quality of care I received has left me pretty annoyed, and I feel like my time was wasted. The doctor basically took one look and concluded every one of my issues was "probably contact irritant dermatitis", but suspiciously wiggled out of giving me any actual, written diagnosis that I could use to follow-up on. In case you didn't know, "irritant contact dermatitis" is an exclusion diagnosis, which means it can only really be determined by ruling out other causes. It's not something that can be determined by a one-time, 10 minute examination, which is basically all I got. When a doctor just straight up tells you that you have "

Absolute lack of respect for people’s time and health! I waited for over 6 months to see the dermatologist at this clinic. The day of my appointment, which was confirmed few days prior, I showed up to find the doors closed. I waited and tried calling the clinic, along with other patients that were there. After a long while of waiting I sent an email and went downstairs to the pharmacy to see what was going on. The pharmacy was operating normally, but apparently the doctor’s office was closed “due to bad weather”. All the patients were there. Everyone was able to come, but apparently not the doctor or the staff at the clinic. They also didn’t bother calling or emailing any of their patients or even have a sign somewhere that the clinic will be closed. Only after I called numerous times and I sent the email, I received a phone call from the clinic. They said they can reschedule me
