They have extremely poor customer service. I called regarding a very complicated case and the person who picked up the phone was so rude and demanding that I decided not to even move forward to talk to a lawyer. She demanded to know all the details of the case (!!) and was constantly interrupting me asking for details. Why is the person who is answering the phone asking to know the case inside out? I’m calling to speak to a lawyer not a receptionist. And then she said I better call somewhere else! Do you record the conversations? If a manger is reading this, go back and listen to how she talk and tell me if everything was fine on the call. If this is an indication of how their services are, then I’m happy not to go with them. Literally the worse law firm I’ve dealt with. If you want to beat your case don’t ever use this firm. Talking from experience

Some secretary answered and failed to provide a connection to a lawyer. Then asked ridiculous questions ending the conversation early. Might be a good law firm but needs to hire normal secretaries that know when to put through calls and not imagine that they supposedly know what is important for a lawyer to know. I know that if I lost a valuable client because of a secretary that I would be very angry.

The women who answered the phone was rude and rushed me off the phone, I need help and that was just not it.
