We had a wonderful first visit to the orthodontic clinic today. My 7-year-old daughter had her teeth checked, and they took detailed photos and explained everything so clearly. Everyone was very kind, professional, and helpful, and we received great guidance about her dental and orthodontic needs. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have visited “my smile Orthodontist” clinics. Dr Najirad patiently visited my kids. She is extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ghorbani is an outstanding Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. recently had a tooth extraction and stitches done by Dr. Ghorbani. The entire process was efficient, virtually painless, and the subsequent recovery was excellent. I came in expecting to feel pressured into choosing a treatment immediately. That didn’t happen. Dr. Zahra reviewed my concerns, explained what could be addressed, and gave me time to think about the options. I left with useful information and a much clearer idea of what I want to do next. Very respectful consultation.

I spent a long time deciding whether to get Invisalign or braces, and I appreciated that Dr. Zahra explained both options without pressuring me. The expectations, timeline, and payment plan were all discussed clearly before I started. My appointments were organized and the team always answered my questions patiently, especially during the first few weeks when I was adjusting to the aligners. Fourteen months later, I’m very happy with my smile and much more comfortable being in photos. A genuinely positive experience from beginning to end.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I came in for an orthodontic consultation expecting to see an orthodontist, but instead I was only seen by a receptionist/staff member. For something as important as treatment planning, not being assessed by the doctor is unacceptable. I was told that my case could not be treated with Invisalign and that braces were my only option. Because I specifically wanted Invisalign, I left feeling discouraged and gave up on treatment altogether. A year later, I went to Tasios Orthodontic clinic where I was actually seen by the orthodontist/ owner himself. After a proper evaluation, I was told that Invisalign is absolutely possible for my case—even though it’s more complex, it’s definitely something that can be done. So clearly, the issue was not that Invisalign was impossible. The issue is that this clinic either didn’t have the

Do not go to this office, patients are just numbers, and profit maximization is their style, not patient care. The doctor tells her staff to deflect calls from her. I have a serious medical problem and had to fight to get them to see me. I was left almost 2 months wearing an old retainer because the doctor was too busy to take care of this, and often, either the office is closed or she's on vacation. They are nice when they sign you up and take a large deposit upfront, and then they don't care about you. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

Very disappointing experience. The yelp reviews are far more accurate than these. They didn’t follow up on their work. I was not helped I was left without a retainer even though I came to them for help and paid. They ended up telling me to do it on my own and talk to a lab. The doctor refused to come talk to me about my situation continued to send administrators out who tried to help and then instructed by the doctor to stop. I never got a proper retainer or even mold through them. Just don’t go here there’s more helpful places and professional.

I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience was so bad that motivated me to write a long and detailed review so that people know what to expect before going there as the 5 star reviews seem very fake. They charged me $300 for just a consultation which is double what other surgeons charge. I also booked a consultation for orthodontics right after my jaw consultation appointment. I called twice to make sure they had my appointment locked in their schedule and they confirmed it both times. Then when I showed they told me that I hadn’t asked for an orthodontics consultation and the person who talked to me over the phone tried to gaslight me into thinking she wasn’t the person I had talked to 😂. When I brought it up to the doctor, he’s all about his “team” being top priority before even trying to listen to me to understand what his staff had done! So know that when you go in, he prefers

BAD DO NOT GO!!!! First I am came to her to try to setup my braces plan. The doctor told me I had to get 4 teeth removed. So just to confirm her decision I decided to go to another orthodontist. The second orthodontist said that I can get a palate expander instead and it completely worked and I did not have to get any teeth removed. On another experience, the doctor had put too much glue on a brace and so when I told her than I am not comfortable with my teeth she decided to trim the top of the tooth instead of actually putting less glue off. I went to another doctor and they agreed with my opinion. I highly do not recommend going here and instead you can go to other dental health places 10x better than this.
