I’ve had subcision and filler treatments with Dr. Pooneh, and I’m genuinely so happy with my results. I’ve just completed my second subcision session, and even after my first session, I noticed such a great improvement in my skin. Tried the Japanese head massage here on a promo and wow — best decision ever! The clinic feels like a little oasis: soothing, quiet, and beautifully calming. Everyone on the team is so warm and welcoming. The owner was so sweet — she even gave me a tour of the clinic and explained all the services. Extra points for being so genuinely warm and friendly! Dr Pouneh is an absolute artist her injection technique is totally natural. I don’t look “done”, instead I look like myself, just better. Had a Hydro Facial just today from Monaro. She was fantastic and my face is super hydrated and is extra glowy today. Have recommended to my friends and will definitely be back. Thank you Munchin, everyone was so kind and professional.

My experience with this center was very disappointing. I completed 6 full laser sessions, and due to lack of results, the clinic even added one extra session for free. However, after these 7 sessions, there is still not a single area of my body (despite purchasing a Full Body package) where I can go without shaving. I still need to shave about every 4 days, and I have not seen any noticeable reduction or positive results in any area. What disappointed me even more was the way the center responded when I raised this issue. Instead of professionally reviewing the situation or investigating the possible reasons for the lack of results, I was simply advised to purchase another full package. In other words, after all this time, cost, and 7 sessions, the only solution offered was to pay more money for another course of treatment. I understand that laser results can vary from person to person,
