I searched online and checked with Ai to see where I could get it looked at that was reputable and cost-effective. MT Systems came across my radar. This store location was in Thornhill. I drove from Milton to check them out and they were definitely worth the drive. Borzou greeted me and assured me that they would diagnose the issue and get back to me. Once they figured out the issue they gave me a very reasonable quote and asked if to proceed. Along the way Borzou kept me updated via text messages. Replaced a broken laptop screen in one day - it's good as new. Fast, friendly service.

Absolute waste of time and fuel. Please take your laptop else where. The shop owner is unreliable, inconsistent and will lie straight to your face. Over the phone he promised to have the battery ready by 10:00 A.M the next day, the next day in person he said he can get it ready same day but later then over text he is saying he can have it ready in 3 days. Not the shop you want to take your laptop for repair if you need it.

I had an extremely negative experience with them. I believe the technicians here have no idea what they’re doing. My gaming laptop wasn’t working and the owner said the problem is from the hardware and software so his technician has to change the motherboard. It costed almost 500$ (I wish they gave an actual receipt!) . I picked up my laptop and it was fine until few weeks after my laptop screen started glitching. I took it back to them and he said the problem is with the graffiti card and it’s not related to what they did. I took my laptop to another place and I found out they have messed up when installing the motherboard and that has damaged the whole hardware in a way that now my laptop is trash!!!! I found out he pays an internet company to put good reviews about him on Google...Just wanted to share my experience with this store and the owner name Borzou, I purchased my used computer from this store, I shall fore warn the public to never ever do business at this store, staff have no clue about what they are selling, very unfortunate I had to experience that the very hard way and lost $1500 please take your business less where or you'll pay a very heavy price, please check the other bad reviews they are very true.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK! I purchased a replacement Apple battery from him and it was defective. I had him replace it with another one which was also defective. When I went back for a third replacement, he refused to do anything other than SELL me another one. This scumbag sells defective merchandise so run.. run away as fast as possible. There are plenty of other no-name stores that sell the same crap so shop elsewhere and let this crook rot.

I’ve been a customer of MT Systems for years, and I can honestly say they’re a great company to deal with. Whenever I need anything for my computers, I go to them. They’ve helped me with Windows installations, antivirus, and most recently replaced the LCD screen on my ThinkPad laptop. The people there are knowledgeable, friendly, and always provide great service. Their prices are also very reasonable.
