Every single room (especially the Ballroom and the Lounge) is meticulously designed with stunning natural light, exquisite furniture, and high ceilings.For my clients, the experience here is completely stress-free. The client lounge is spacious, giving families a comfortable spot to prep, feed their babies, or change outfits. The staff is always professional, welcoming, and keeps the spaces spotless. Really incredible experience every time but the Ballroom is so lovely to rent it has a special place in my heart. I love how it gets great light during the day and early evening and also the variety in the sets and props so you can shoot multiple videos in the same space. Also really convenient how there’s coffee in the building lol and it’s easy to get to this studio by ttc. Highly recommend

Friendly staff. Lots of rooms with different decor. It is cold in the space. Basically it’s a converted warehouse. Be sure to bring extra clothes or dress appropriately. Pricing is decent. Parking is okay. You absolutely need lighting equipment, so either bring your own or rent from them/book a longer session

I've had the pleasure of using this studio space more than 15 times and each time has been an excellent experience. The staff are always kind, helpful and courteous. Each space is always so beautifully curated, clean and ready for my team and I. 10/10 recommend. Leaders in the industry and always going above and beyond!

Had a great experience at mint room. The space is really well designed with tons of options for different looks. The natural light in the rooms brings everything to life, making it perfect for capturing those special moments. Booking was straightforward, and the team was super helpful throughout the session. Prices are reasonable too, especially for the quality offered. Definitely worth considering for anyone needing a versatile photo studio.

We did our Christmas photos here yesterday. Absolutely lovely experience. We booked the Salon Studio - such a pretty setup. Lia was so so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you need a decorated studio to take photos in.

We drive all the way to Canada from central NJ to take our family portraits here. That should say a lot. The rooms are beautiful but I must say this, if you book for an hour they mean one hour not one hour and one minute.

As a photographer who regularly books studios for two, three, or even four days at a time, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I had heard negative feedback about this studio from other studio owners, but I never expected to experience such a lack of professionalism firsthand. Unfortunately, I am now having to write this review because of how disappointed I am with the way this team treats its clients. I had already completed two photoshoots at this studio. When I received their mass email announcing the upcoming Christmas Minis bookings for November, I planned to reserve two dates. I even offered to pay immediately, but I was explicitly told that I would have to wait until bookings officially opened. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful, bright, and elegant the spaces are. I don’t normally write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because it was genuinely stressful and not at all what we expected from such a popular studio for our Christmas photo shoot. From the moment we arrived, everything felt unorganized. The receptionist told us the photographer would call us out when the room was ready. When the time came, no one called us. Instead, I later found out the photographer had simply texted me — even though we were sitting right there. It created unnecessary confusion and set the tone for the rest of the experience. The space itself was also chaotic. There’s a tiny change room, and because it was a busy day, several families were crowded into the small reception area and even spilling into the hallway. Extremely disappointing experience here. If you are looking to do wedding photos with their original rooms in November or December BEWARE... We booked our shoot back in June and NOWHERE was there any warning that the room we chose would be turned into a Christmas wonderland. Sure, they may have sent mass emails (all of which ended up in spam) in September, but it should have been there in black and white when we booked - so that we could have gone elsewhere right away. No one bothered to call us... It was only with less than a month until our wedding that one email landed in our inbox. And, might I add it is NOT our responsibility to check their social media. I don't follow Mint Room... why would I? The 'apology' we received was far from genuine... and there was no insight into the fact that they were leaving us high and dry on the most important day of our lives. I would advise couples

DONOT BOOK THIS PLACE..$300 DEPOSIT SCAM I booked mint rooms for my maternity shoot because the photographer I was working with recommended this place for the shoot. They took a deposit of $300 which was to be refunded once the shoot was done. After the shoot I stayed there until the receptionist checked the room and confirmed that there is no issue with the room and my deposit shall be refunded. After a month of shoot and not receiving the deposit back I contacted mint rooms that my refund should be processed. It is 4 months today since the shoot was done and I have not received my deposit back. As per mint room they have processed it but my bank has not received the refund till date. I wonder how many other people have been in the same boat as me and have been scammed by mint rooms. Even my photographer did not mention about the $300 deposit which I had to make in order to use it. Mint

Drove 2 hours for this photo shoot. Was told in a confirmation email that there was visitor parking available and if not, there were 2 reserved Preto Loft/Mintroom parking spots that could be used. We arrived and all parking was taken in front of the studio, we then checked road parking for almost a km in each direction and no spots available. We even checked multiple paid parking areas and they were full. I called the front desk in a panic to ask them what I should do (had been driving around for 45 minutes), and they answered with “if there’s no parking there’s nothing we can do.” So I asked if I could at least be refunded because there was no way I’d be able to get into the studio when there was nowhere for my car. They said “No refunds, this is going to count as a same day cancellation.” This is crazy to me as the situation is out of my hands. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and I

Horrible experience. The owner is a true scam artist . She went on lock down during the " lock down" but however was still allowing video shoots of 10 or more, but not photo shoots of 2 people. She was keeping the money and double booking times along as you were smart enough to message her and say you were doing a video shoot not a photo shoot Still waiting for my money go be returned as I told her I dont want to support such a place on my online social presence. Its been 3 weeks.
