The time she took to explain the microblading process, to the meticulous shape outlining and doing my brows was incredible and I felt so comfortable knowing I was in good/professional hands. Dora is very gentle and just so sweet! Plus, her equipment and room were immaculate. From the time I booked my appointment to the follow up touch up, Dora sent all of the details so I knew what to expect and the information she provided for the aftercare was amazing!!! I am not satisfied with her work at all two weeks after she took the full payment from me some parts of my eyebrows fell out I left her several messages asking her to schedule an appointment but she never got back to me
