Megan Graci

My many thanks to dear Megan for tremendous support and always finding a solution to challenges related to renting my property, the townhouse in Richmond Hill. I had a difficult experience finding a real good tenant in the current market. Megan helped with every step of it. From creating the add, retaking pictures, supporting me in reviewing profiles of applicants. She was always patient, providing her personal input at the time when it was seems a block in the verification of an applicant. With every part of the renting process I was finding her support and confidence. Thank you, dear Megan!

Selling our home in this slow market wasn’t easy. We’d tried before with no luck, and honestly, we were starting to lose hope. Then we found Megan Graci, and everything changed. She came in with a clear strategy, strong marketing, and a calm confidence that instantly put us at ease. Megan was upfront about the challenges but never discouraged. She positioned our home perfectly, brought in serious buyers, and worked hard behind the scenes to get it sold and at a price we were really happy with. What stood out the most was her communication. We never felt left in the dark, and she always had a plan. If you’re trying to sell in a tough market, Megan is the one you want on your side. She’s sharp, honest, and truly goes the extra mile.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Megan and have always been impressed by her professionalism, market knowledge, and commitment to her clients. She is responsive, honest, and genuinely cares about helping people make the right real estate decisions. Whether buying or selling in Richmond Hill, Vaughan, or the surrounding areas, Megan works hard to achieve the best possible results. It’s always a pleasure working with her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted real estate professional.

Megan was a huge help in finding my new place. She was super flexible with viewings and always quick to respond and follow up on every detail. The whole process went smoothly thanks to her. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a realtor who actually gets things done!

What a delightful agent to guide me through what could have been a very stressful experience. Megan was professional, available, and personable. She found me an excellent tenant for my home in Richmond Hill, all while I am living on an island off Vancouver, British Columbia, during the Christmas holidays! Megan's knowledge, support and direction were invaluable. I would strongly recommend her as an agent and when the time comes to sell, I will be calling her up again. Much appreciated.

It was a pleasure working with Megan on a recent lease transaction. Very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would be happy to work with her again!
