My mom unfortunately retained this law firm back in November to commence her divorce process; I wish we would have read all the reviews before doing so considering they are just selfish, and greedy. She paid $5,000 to be constantly harassed regarding her documents— mind you, we explained countless times that my mom’s CRA was hacked into and temporarily blocked until she was able to verify her identity with the CRA. We explained this a number of times to Elena and whatever team members would try to assist. It’s like it would go through one ear and out another because they would email my mom every day asking for this information. I’m sorry but when you’re dealing with CRA it’s not an overnight process! It’s WEEKS and WEEKS of WAITING!!! As a law firm, you should know this. My mom asked them to please be patient, that she would reach out with all the documents when they are ready. Wanna kno

Do not retain Elena nazinani the work they do is terrible she is not a professional in my case she cause irreparable demage .Attorney Elena has countless complaints against her. The question is, where is the association that regulates her actions? Law society of Ontario Are they waiting to take action against her? Or why, with so many complaints against her, Elena continues to harm the public.

Unfortunately I did not get the service I expected, Elena Mazinani assisted me and I paid for them to give me very basic information and worst of all, she never sent me the information offered to my email. As well as the form to start the contract and I NEVER received it, no responses, no follow-ups and two emails that I sent, I never had a response. As if he had spoken to a ghost. That's not professional.

She mismanaged my divorce case in the worst possible manner which costed me hundred thousands of dollars. She gave me wrong advice on how to proceed with my case and billed me in excess of $100K for pointless appointments which led to nothing. In one occasion she filled for a motion without any grounds which she lost and costed me $8K in legal fees. Her conduct is also very unprofessional, aggressive and condescending towards me. There is no wonder that she was suspended by LSO for 6 months for professional misconduct. I wish I had trusted the negative reviews before hiring her since based on my experience in dealing with her they are the genuine reviews.

He encourages unrealistic financial demands from his clients, needlessly prolonging family lawsuits to benefit financially from the extended consultation process. If you seek a fair resolution without risking financial strain, it's advisable to avoid engaging his services. Her approach appears to prioritize profit over fair legal representation, depicting him more as a shrewd entrepreneur than an equitable lawyer.

I gave myself two months to feel better about what i want to share about my experience with Elana Mazinani. NOT To write from emotions but reality. I found them through the magazines (very first mistake) me and my husband are getting divorce and i was looking for a lawyer to draft a separation agreement for me. Well what an experience.... Even one star is way too much to give in my opinion. Elana might be a great lawyer in what she does Its not my place to judge that part. She got angry at me because she felt I did not want her to be my lawyer and she was very hostile and rude. She is not professional and she called me and yelled at me that why you gave me low rating. She said to me that I return your money snd you delete your rating.

Went to her office for a simple service. She was extremely hostile and aggressive in explaining why a document couldn't be notarized. I understood her reasoning but there was no reason for her to be so aggressive. She needs to learn to treat clients differently than those she prosecutes in court.
