Marjan Haghighatfar

I had the pleasure of meeting Marjan as she was door knocking in my neighborhood. I was in the process of cleaning up my house for sale so I invited her in and we did a tour. As I still required a number of weeks before any listing, Marjan politely requested if she could keep in touch. She did, every couple of weeks, without being intrusive, but genuinely interested in selling my home. After this time I knew I did not need to look to anyone else to sell my home. When the time came, we discussed some upgrades like painting and lighting and staging. All of this was done professionally, politely, and based on her deep knowledge of the market, location, expected type of buyer for the size of home and desired sale price. She also provided quotes for her known contacts to provide the services alleviating all of that work from me. All services were provided at fair and reasonable cost, a

She knows her robes

I had a great experience working with Ms. Marjan. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her for buying, selling, or renting a home.

Had the best experience working with her, she helped us with every Little thing even after the deal was done. Highly recommend.

Initially we had a wonderful experience with Marjan, she was extremely lovely and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately we are leaving her a 2 star review as she rented us an illegal unit, and did not disclose extremely vital information during the leasing process. For example not having any access to a heating or cooling system. If we had known these things prior we would have stayed clear from this unit.

Her knowledge and experience in Real Estate gave me confidence in my investment.

I highly recommend her for buying, selling, or renting a home.

Very satisfied with her service, I recommend her 100% without hesitation.
