I would give zero star. Very disappointing about their work and professionalism. They had been showing me houses which owners are not ready to accommodate family, they were looking for students. I have given a feedback that kindly make sure before viewing from owners that they are ok with small family in response Joliana (Maral's partner) text me that she can't help me anymore and block me. What a pathetic behaviour and unprofessionalism, leaving clients hanging in the middle of nowhere when we were totally depend on them, we were planning to move on 1st may 2025. I recommend not to depend on them as they are not trustworthy. Lastly I spoke with Maral and she apologize for her partners behaviour but it doesn't repair anything and Infact she said that she can't help me.

The worst person and realtor in Toronto. She forces you to only work with her and acts rude and arrogant when you tell her you’re just looking right now and not ready to buy. She also pushes you to buy buy buy. Very money oriented. Also, cultural appropriation, Hellooooo!!! She will dance to Bollywood music and ask you to make videos with her for her social media and to attract “like you”(Indian customers). Please stay away from her and do not fall in her trap
