Mandala Cafe & Lounge

Hossein gave us an amazing experience tonight! He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, the shisha was perfect, and his service made the whole evening even better. Highly recommend asking for Hossein if you visit!

The hookah flavors were excellent and very enjoyable. Overall, it's a great place to relax and smoke hookah. The food was decent as well and met expectations. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

We had a great experience at Mandala, great shisha and special thanks to Shayan made the night memorable. He checked on us to be sure that we had everything we wanted. Super friendly and funny.

We had a wonderful experience! Everything was perfect, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Hossein. He gave us excellent recommendations, was incredibly welcoming, and made us feel valued throughout our visit. His suggestions were spot on and made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Hossein, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. We can’t wait to come back.🫶🏻

A great place to try authentic Persian pizza! My husband and I had a wonderful time enjoying the tea, the special fries, and the most delicious pizza ever. Everything was prepared in a unique and tasty way. The waiting time for ordering and food preparation was reasonable. The owner and staff were very hospitable and handled the busy atmosphere perfectly. Even though it was crowded, it was still a cozy and welcoming spot for a relaxed conversation or a casual night out.

Honestly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! 😂⭐ The Philly steak wrap was absolutely AMAZING! The combination of the juicy steak, melted cheese, and onions was a literal explosion of flavors. Every bite was delicious, and you could really appreciate how perfectly everything came together. 🤤🔥 The mojito was another gem which was very refreshing 👌🏼 But what made the experience even more special was our server, Hussain. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He paid attention to every little detail and checked on our table regularly, always with a beautiful smile on his face. That kind of service makes you feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Let’s be honest, great food is important, but when you combine it with outstanding service, a lovely atmosphere, and some nice shisha, you create the kind of experience that turns an ordinary day into a beautiful memory. ❤️

We visited Mandala Cafe as a group of four, and we all had a great time! I tried the Persian pizza, and it was absolutely amazing! If you’ve ever wondered what pizza tastes like in Iran, or if you’re Iranian and miss the pizzas back home, this is a must-try! The flavours brought back that nostalgic taste, and I’d definitely order it again. We also had the Mandala Mix shisha, which was excellent. Special shoutout to Moe, who prepared it for us! Not everyone knows how to make a really good shisha, but Moe clearly does. It was smooth, flavourful, and enjoyable throughout our visit. Last but definitely not least, a big thank you to our server, Hossein! He was friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive from beginning to end. He checked on us regularly without interrupting our conversations, made sure we had everything we needed, and helped make the whole experience even better. Great

Veg biryani, chicken biryani, butter chicken and naan; all was yummy ,🥰🥰 The service was also very good..

If you are looking for somewhere that has a good food (highly recommending the Persian Pizza), perfect service (especially from Mo) and having a fun night you definitely this location is the one.

So disappointed!!! 55 dollars for tea and regular head shisha!!! And no tab water!! Also tea was extremely weak and lacked flavour! Tip was automatically Added to the bill ! Overall for this price i expected much better !!!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT GRATUITY 15% IS ALREADY INCLUDED (You do not extra tip them) A few friends and I came for a surprise birthday for one of our friends, whom I haven't seen in a while. We all sat down and shared dishes amongst eachother all ordering different drinks and most (excluding myself) had shisha. I did not have drinks, only water and between 3 of the us in the group split a deluxe pizza $15 and nachos $14 + ground beef $4.50 , with that math it should have been $33.50 + tax. This should have been one bill and split between 3 people would be $12.61 per person. I and all 7 people each person payed $41.20 This is because every meal, drink, shisha is all together. We even had to pay for them to cut the cake and for dipping sauce that was never mentioned a separate cost and made it seem like it was part of the meal when infact they all have a charge. I could

The worst food I’ve ever had in my whole food journey in Richmond Hill. I used to go there, but after a long time, I visited again for the Persian pizza—and I regretted it so much. They have decreased the quality of the food drastically. You still pay the same prices, but the food quality is much lower. The fries were extremely oily—like dripping oily. They also charged me 15% gratuity without asking, which I found very rude (I know gratuity can be charged legally, but not for fewer than three people). This was my first and last time visiting there.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They automatically take a tip but the customer service is nonexistent. No one came around even once to check if we needed anything, we felt completely ignored the entire time. On top of that, the shisha was TERRIBLE… harsh, barely smoked, and tasted off. Definitely not worth the price or the experience. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers

Not nice Cuatome service today was my first day that I received rude attention.

Good vibe, good music, good shisha good food, topped with perfect service.

Classy for hookah, wide diversity of people and friendly staff -check it out!

The BBQ pizza and spicy fries are delicious.
