The best service in town. Both owners were extremely kind😍, helpful, and professional. I was looking for an affordable bouquet for my friend’s graduation on Saturday morning, 20 June 2026. They asked me for my budget, and I shared it with them. To my surprise, they went above and beyond and created something even more beautiful🥰 than I expected, while still keeping it within my budget. I truly cannot thank them enough. My friend was so happy when she received the flowers💐, and she even became emotional. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and very special😍❤️. I highly recommend Making Dreams Florist to anyone looking for a thoughtful and memorable gift for a friend or loved one. You will not be disappointed. The bouquet that was supplied and delivered by this florist was a disgrace and bore no resemblance to the image on their website. The experience was so disappointing especially for a special occasion. I would recommend you avoid this florist!! UPDATE Making Dream Florist have reached out and explained the reason for their error. They have also refunded the difference in the cost. We appreciate this effort to make amends, and their honesty.

No matter the occasion, happy, sad, or anywhere in between, they have a knack for catering to exactly what you need. All you have to do is share your preferred colour palette and event details, and they’ll design a gorgeous piece. Quality craftsmanship comes at a price, and while larger, more elaborate arrangements cost more, the result is well worth every dollar. I’ve seen some of their massive work, including spectacular 100 long-stem rose bouquets that would instantly brighten anyone's day. Keep this place on your radar for your next floral order you won’t be disappointed!

Flowers were different colours, came with two broken flowers, the big chrysanthemum isnt even visible unless you look at it from the top, the basket is different, there are about three times more small green chrysanthemums. I chose this arrangement based on the colour scheme, as I'm sure many other people do, so to completely change the colour of almost every single flower just doesn't make sense to me. For 88 dollars I expect to receive something that looks similar enough to the photo it is based off of. The shipping was quick and it came same the day and the flowers are good quality but its just not what I ordered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Since I pre-ordered it this week, I did not have time to cancel this order and look for a better florist. Incredibly disappointed with the arrangement I pre-ordered for Valentine’s Day to give to my girlfriend. I had to wait thirty minutes after arriving at 9:30 am today for the pickup time (which was scheduled to be between 9:30am to 5pm) after being told that it would only take 5 minutes. Upon my realization that they had only started making the bouquet on my arrival, they proceeded to add peonies that were premature and very small in size compared to what was marketed online. Given the fact that each peonies cost $25, I was highly unimpressed and frustrated with the outcome (I have attached comparison pictures below). They were also sold out of the balloons that were supposed to be part of the bouquet, and I was only informed when it was completed.

Mothers day order delivered exactly like the picture.To be clear order was put in on may 8th to be delivered on may 9th No notification from the store i had no idea when my delivery will be made. Charged me 20 dollars for delivery 49 dollars for 10 dollar flowers and this is what i get. I messaged them instead of taking responsibility and ownership Valerie (CSR manager) educating me on how to take care of the flowers i can revive them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY here terrible flowers terrible customer service.

Really bad quality and unfresh flowers. I ordered 24 roses two days before delivery, and on the delivery day, the roses were dying unfresh, dried off yellowish edges, had to throw away 12 of the 24 roses at the day of delivery. They are such a rip off, and they don’t respond at all after you questioned them on the bad quality. Don’t buy from this place. The pictures on their site looks superb and look at what was delivered. The vey worst part is you confront them and they just ignore you without a word of response.

What I expect vs what I received Hi, I’m disappointed with the flowers I received. They were not fresh upon arrival and some of the flowers already look like they are dying. This is not the quality I expected.

Very disappointed with this flower shop. The actual bouquet looked nothing like the photos shown online. We ordered one arrangement, but received something completely different — and honestly, it was very unattractive. It was absolutely not worth $175, especially considering this was just a regular day and not even a holiday. The shop is overpriced, the owner’s aesthetic is questionable, and the product was completely misleading. False advertising and poor value for money.

Picked up this bouquet on the Valentine's Day, it consisted of roses, peonies and hydrangeas. For the first couple days it looked gorgeous. We kept changing water regularly, as well as adding flower food powder. However, it started wilting after only couple days. The owner of the store said that peonies will blood after several days, however, they never ended up blooming and also wilted. The service was great and the price was also competitive, I just expected them to last longer than few days
