I had a great experience in this place with Simin. She is so patient, kind, energetic and knowledgeable about the hair dying. She taught me how to bleach and dye my hair at home without any trouble or brassiness. I love my new hair and highly recommend her. By the way, My natural hair was black and white.

Disappointing customer experience: I went here based on the positive Google reviews, specifically looking for professional advice on hair dye. I came ready to purchase a product based on their recommendation. Unfortunately, the older lady who helped me was impatient and unhelpful. She walked away in the middle of our short conversation to assist another customer, and the other staff member did not seem to have much product knowledge either. When I asked for a recommendation, I was told that all the products were essentially the same and that I needed to make my own decision. I came specifically for professional advice and was prepared to purchase, but instead left without any guidance. Very disappointing experience.

Was the first time here. Was looking for a treatment for damaged hair and clarifying shampoo. The lady really tried to help, but was kind of pushy. Lol when I asked her about a claryfying shampoo, she asked me immediately if I am usually swimming a lot. I said "I am not swimming at all". Then she took me to a shelf with the shampoos and gave me only one choice, and said that this one would be the best shampoo for me. At home, I found that this sampoo was specifically good for removing all swimming pool residuals from hair :))) I guess, she wanted to sell this shampoo as quick as possible :)))

I had a disappointing experience at this Beauty Supply. The salesperson was not only rude but also overly insistent, pressuring me to make a decision immediately without giving me the opportunity to browse. Additionally, despite the store being advertised as open until 7 PM, I was informed that they were closing when I entered just after 6 PM. The prices here are also considerably higher compared to other beauty supply stores. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store and will not be returning.

I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty supply store. The salesperson was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful and mocking tone. It felt like they were making fun of me with the way they talked, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that, their prices are much higher than other beauty supply stores I've visited. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place ever! VERY RUDE , NOT HELPFUL OWNER and awful service. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I’ve been a loyal customer of SALLY BEAUTY for 15 years. Because most of Sally stores are closed I always drive an hour to get King location or 1/5 hr to Barrie location. because today I was sick I couldn’t drive long hours to get there I went to this awful place that is very close to my home.Wish I had seen NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS before going there! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS RUDE AND SELFISH OWNER!

Not recommended. She overcharged me $10 for Wella hair color every time and always asked for cash. I bought the same product from another beauty supply store for just $5.99.

I had been searching for a product for my damaged hair for a long time without much success—until I met Simin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, and has an amazing personality. I highly recommend shopping here; you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended 🥰
