First time trying a new place and GIRLLLL may I add the place is TEA! So clean , the place smells like flowers! , the STAFF TEA! , there so friendly and kind they are also very honest about your face what you need or don’t need . The vibe you get is definitely welcoming with open arms I used to go to a clinic in Woodbridge although its a good clinic and their price the same as here but Royal Beauty House will 110% be my new clinic it’s a 40 min drive from my house but their worth it from the clean atmosphere to the kind and welcoming staff super worth it ! and their fillers and Botox are good prices to not expensive a fair price! High recommend

I had such an amazing experience at Royalty Beauty. It was my first time getting any filler/botox and the process was so comforting and clear. Nurse Mahshid was so kind and made me feel like I was in great hands. I got filler in my lips, Botox in my forehead and nosetox! It was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back.

I trusted Nurse Mahshid with my lip filler procedure, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. My lips were uneven, overfilled, poorly shaped, and appeared to have filler migration around the borders. The appointment felt rushed, my concerns were dismissed, and she claimed this was her “best technique,” which I found both unprofessional and concerning. I was also charged for both the filler and dissolving treatment while only receiving a partial refund, which made me feel that profit was prioritized over patient safety and satisfaction. Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress, pain, and expense, and I would not recommend this provider for lip fillers.

Was contemplating writing a review. But I get shady vibes from this place. I simply asked the nurse what type of filler was going to be used for my lips AHEAD OF TIME as I was worried of possible allergic reaction, since this would’ve been my first time with a new nurse. Because of my question, she sent over a lectured paragraph explaining how I made her feel uncomfortable and it’s not something they disclose. Excuse me?? You can’t disclose your products to your clients?? All I simply wanted to know was what type of filler are you injecting in me? Not asking for your supplier. I’m not sure what the obsession with keeping everyone’s deposit is at this clinic, but the lack of professionalism is stunning. After initially giving me grief for being concerned about a snowstorm, the clinic eventually rescheduled my appointment (likely because they realized no one was driving in a storm for Botox). ​When I couldn't make the new time they assigned me for the very next day, they kept my deposit and claimed it was a "last-minute cancellation." I raised my concerns with the assistant about the lack of understanding and twice declined their offer to rebook with a new deposit. ​Despite declining them twice, Nurse Mahshid sent me a condescending lecture about respecting her time. It is a "money grab" environment where respect is demanded but never given. Someone truly passionate about their work would have been flexible, but instead, I was met with a "too many clients" att

Professionally speaking, your loyal clients want a pure service. It is very unfortunate that This nurse overbooked clients ( 5 or 6 people at the same time) and she is just in rush to get more appointment in a day , therefore she gets overwhelmed with a strong attitude towards clients. She basically told us she doesn’t want us ask any questions because she has more clients waiting for her. So her assistant numbed my sister’s lip and jawline, but mahshid took it as an opportunity to charge us more even though the total amount of gel injections was according promotion and not more . I’m sharing this poor experience so other clients know what happens when a company doesn’t care about clients rights and service. Other than greediness and being beneficial , bad customer service can affect clients health and stress level .

I went to this cosmetic beauty place for lip fillers and even returned for a touch-up, but I had to reach out to them about the touch-up myself—they never mentioned I could come back for one. I paid over $400 expecting my lips to look better, but there was no difference at all. The only explanation Nurse Mahshid gave me was that my body absorbs the filler, which doesn't sound like a reasonable excuse. Three weeks later, when I called to mention my upper lip was uneven, they told me I should’ve come in for a touch-up within two weeks, but no one had told me that. And by 'touch-up,' they only meant fixing the unevenness, not redoing anything. After three weeks, the filler was completely gone from my lips.
