What truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible coordination and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Cold food and very tight space

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful management. On the day of our wedding, we were threatened with cancellation simply because the manager personally disliked one of our guests. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any venue, especially during such an important event. The situation only worsened during the event. The manager was openly rude to our guests, creating unnecessary stress and discomfort. They also failed to arrive on time for the morning setup, which caused delays and added pressure on us and our vendors. What is most concerning is the pattern of intimidation. We were repeatedly threatened with negative consequences, including being warned about leaving bad reviews. This kind of behavior is deeply inappropriate and reflects a lack of basic professionalism. We recently attended a wedding of a close family member at this venue, and I wish I could give it zero stars. The management was terrible, and the owner was incredibly rude. He didn’t even allow the flower girl to take more than 10 steps to throw her flowers as the bride and groom were entering. Every time a guest tried to move from their chair, someone from the staff would immediately push the chairs back, making it very uncomfortable. During the meal service, when I went to get food for my kids, a worker took my plate without any explanation, before we even had a chance to eat. The overall management of the event was chaotic and unprofessional. As soon as the bride and groom entered, the owner insisted they cut the cake first, which was awkward and made no sense. I recently had to cancel my birthday party at Lusso Luxury due to the unexpected loss of a dear family member. Despite notifying them three weeks in advance, I was met with a disappointing lack of empathy from the staff. Not only did they fail to offer any condolences, but they also refused to refund my $1000 deposit. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of understanding and compassion during a difficult time. While I understand the importance of adhering to policies, I expected better treatment given the circumstances. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service, especially in sensitive situations like this.

We have been invited to this event space. Owner had the worst attitude towards guests and staff. The food was fine the place looks good, however they forced us to do certain things which we did not like. They literally called my friend and asked them to leave a review, i can tell that most of these reviews are not true and people who work there force guests to leave review.

It is with regret that I say this about such a gorgeous venue. The worst service I have ever experienced occurred here. As a close friend of the bride, I was treated with minimal respect by the staff, who didn’t even bother to direct my plus one and I to our table. I had to request assistance multiple times. I feel sorry for anyone who paid to have their guests treated this way. I barely saw a smile on any of the staff's faces. I hope the poor treatment doesn’t overshadow the beautiful ceremonies and celebrations that take place at this venue.

I’ve had the pleasure of working at Loso Luxury for several events, and every experience has been amazing. The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can really feel how much they care about every detail. The owner is always present, making sure everything runs smoothly and perfectly, which makes a huge difference. And the food… truly outstanding. The quality is exceptional and consistently impressive. It’s always a pleasure being there — highly recommended for any special event.
