I really wanted to like your services, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. My jacket was returned in significantly worse condition than when I entrusted it to your company. Fortunately, I took detailed photos on the day it was picked up, so I have clear documentation of its original condition compared to how it was returned. Your company promotes a satisfaction guarantee, so I don’t understand how my jacket could have passed quality inspection in its current state. After noticing the damage, I immediately returned the jacket for correction. When I later called for an update, I was told that everything had been fixed. During that same conversation, I specifically asked whether the lettering on the back had been restored to match its original appearance. I took 2 area rugs and 1 runner into Love Your Rug Centre, Etobicoke. Apparently area rugs are cleaned in the North York location. I wanted to thank the staff at NY who looked after my rugs. Very disappointed with the service. The rug was not this dirty when it was picked up, but after cleaning it seems to have even more dust than before. It also has an unpleasant smell, like a dog that hasn’t been washed. I expected a clean and fresh rug, but the results were poor.

I’ve used this company’s services 3 times, I use the service once every year. This company always delivers a great service up until recently. Something must have gone wrong because my rug was sent back not cleaned thoroughly. I’m very disappointed because I trusted their service and this is unacceptable. I’m unsure of what went wrong but I can’t believe this occurred.

I brought my 6 x 9 area rug that was more cream in colour to love your rug. I’ve used them in the past to do some repair on my leather coat. I was debating about just getting a new rug, but decided I like the rug enough to have it cleaned. I’m so glad I made this decision. The worn down heavy traffic dirty areas are gone. My rug is beautifully creamy white. It looks like a brand new rug. I’m so happy with this service and the price was so reasonable. Thank you so much. Will use again 10 out of 10 would recommend. I’ve added a photo of the finished cleaned rug. It does not do it justice. Cause I don’t have the before. And there is grey tones in the rug. It’s cream with top and grey accents.

Excellent service from pick up to drop off, good communication

I have used Love Your Rug 2x and both times they messed up. I gave them a very expensive purse to clean, color, match the leather and sow tiny holes to make it look new. Received the purse with the biggest hole, not sown. Charged me a large price and did not finish the job. Very disappointing to think they priced me over $600 and after I paid later said if I wanted to fix that one hole it would cost me another $400. They said it was not discussed when dropped off. Not true. Why fix a purse and not fix the biggest part.? The other was I brought two rugs to get cleaned and one was brought to another location where it was not found for a couple of days. Later on they wanted me to pay for the UPS bill to bring the carpet to my house. Very dissatisfied and very disappointing. Will bring my stuff elsewhere next.

Expert office employees, superior work, pick-up and delivery team professional and respectful. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. Love Your Rugs is an amazing company and does amazing work.

Love Your Rug always does a fabulous job on my rugs. They come back looking like new! The Advance Road location is handy for drop-off but they will also pick up.

As a previous customer of Love Your Rug, I'm disappointed at having to write this and share my recent experience with this company. I brought in a rug recently to Love Your Rug in Etobicoke. The rug was taken in the back, where it was evaluated and measured. The employee returned and asked if I had a pet, which I acknowledged that I did. An add on enzyme treatment was recommended even though there were no evident urine stains on it. I was given what I thought to be a fair quote for the cleaning. I agreed, paid for the service and was on my way. When I picked it up the following week and got it home, upon rolling it out and placing back down on floor, I noticed some damage, where the pile was noticeably thinner than the rest of the rig. There was an obvious dip in this area, which I attributed to aggressive scrubbing or machine malfunction during the cleaning. I immediately contacted t

And then leave you a voicemail at 8 am letting you know they are nearly doubling the price because they screwed up and you have to pay for it. Do no deal with Neal. Do no waste your money with this company. Edit: The Reply from the owner is dishonest at best. Tony I was actually charged 180$ and paid before leaving the store. Nolan did the assessment in store and provided an invoice and receipt of payment so you're either lying or just wrong. Second I was not offered an upgraded service, I was told that the service I requested would now cost an additional 123.53$ because he "undercharged" me, so once again, you're either lying or just wrong. DON’T TRUST THEM! If I can give negative review, I would. I placed an order for 3 luxury branded winter jackets to be dry cleaned. After weeks, I finally got the 3 jackets back. 1 of them is a Blue Canada Goose Bomber Jacket. I realized that almost all edges on the jacket have been whiten. And most importantly, the authenticity sticker is missing! I emailed them to inquire. After a couple of business days, I received an email from Kathy, Operations Manager, asking me to send her the photos of my jacket again, which I already did previously to their customer service email. Kathy then called, and we had a “conversation”. Kathy commented that the whitening of the edges were from walking and rubbing. I had a great experience with Love Your Rug Cleaning. Lucinda was amazing to work with and always made sure my clothing and rugs were cleaned to perfection. The quality of work and attention to detail was honestly impressive. I also brought in my wedding suit after getting sauce on it, and I was worried it was ruined. Lucinda was able to get it completely spotless and looking brand new again. She honestly saved the day. The service was professional, reliable, and you can tell they genuinely care about the work they do and their customers. First time customer, won’t be the last. Love Your Rug had a BOGO promotion, and I thought now would be the perfect time to get my 6 year old rugs cleaned. They were still pretty clean imo but were showing some wear under where my husband usually sits. I couldn’t be more WOW’d with how the rugs came back! They look and feel brand new. The pile is all cushiony again and you can’t tell where the wear was. It did take a week longer than promised because one of the rugs didn’t pass your quality inspection, so you recleaned it. Excellent service and highly recommended! I was a first time customer at Love Your Rug and had two rugs to get cleaned. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Drop off was quick and easy and pickup was even easier! They let me know right away when the rugs were ready, great communication! Rugs look fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Would recommended this place to everyone, and I will be returning again!
