I didn’t know about ordering this online from a company out of Canada. It was a great price/deal for me, so I did it anyway. The product was delivered ahead of schedule and my daughter and I enjoy using it together. Thank you all so much. I would order other products again from this company. It is a real company and if you call them you can get a person on the phone to take your call.

I can't wait to use my teglia! It's smaller than I thought even when I measured it but it is perfect for my husband and I. The teglia came well packed and it's in the oven right now as I am following the instructions that came with it. I highly recommend and most likely will be buying another one soon.

So far, so good. I purchased multiple sets of marbles and they were fairly priced. They were well packed for shipping and arrived safely. I am now in the return process, hoping that it goes as smoothly as everthing else has. I would definitely shop with this company again. I'm changing my opinion on Limolin. I ordered lots of things including many sets of marbles. I wasn't informed that I was going to receive my order in 2 separate packages. I figured it out when I got the first one and there was so much missing. By that time it showed two different tracking types, one from in the US and the other coming from Canada. When I received the package from Canada there were still a bunch of marble sets missing. I contacted them and was told they would look in to it. The products arrived in a timely manner. They were just what I had expected. I am very happy with this purchase.

Shipping was a bit of a delay but customer service was excellent. I called they confirmed my order via phone then sent an email and I received my order within 2 days. Excellent customer service and of course I’m more than satisfied with my products.

Buyer beware. We purchased a scooter for my daughters 4th birthday and after just one single use, we noticed that the handle cable was about to break. When we contacted the crummy company, they refused to replace it and instead blamed my 4-year-old daughter — claiming she somehow pulled the cable so hard that she shredded it, which would be physically impossible as a) she's a toddler! and b) she never touched the cable as the handlebars were locked in place when she rode it ONCE! Rather than taking responsibility for selling a defective product, this company chose to accuse a small child of damage and dodge accountability. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and initiating a credit card chargeback. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and disappointment. I went to pick up my order, but the store was already closed before its posted closing time. No one answered the phone either. All the information I could find stated that the store would be open until 6:00 p.m., but it was already closed at 5:00 p.m. I am wondering why the company does not provide accurate pickup hours when offering a pickup option. This caused me a significant inconvenience.

I ordered from the company after I was offered a discount on my cart by Shop. They work with Shop. The discount was taken off my first receipt then disappeared on the final invoice. I have been trying to have them straighten this out for 5 days.... so many screenshots They refuse to take and responsibility and so does Shop. Spoke to someone...who was absolutely of no help and spoke to me like I had done something wrong or worked for her. The final straw...refused to let me speak with a manager... I wasn't "allowed" Sad thing is...not talking about a lot of money. Stay far away from this "company" Derelict customer service

I ordered a scooter for my daughter’s birthday, and 8 DAYS later I received a cancellation email saying it was out of stock. No apology, no explanation. Nothing. If the item wasn’t available, it should never have been sold in the first place. And it certainly should not have taken this long to inform me that they didn’t have the product. Because of this, I had to rush to find other retailer and I may not even get in time for her birthday. I was already hesitant to order from this store since I wasn’t familiar with the company, but as i saw good reviews I decided to trust them. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. This experience was incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you’re prepared for the possibility of your order being cancelled days later.

My first time making a purchase from this store and it was amazing! The items were as described and pictured. Shipping was also pretty fast and the items were packed very well. Will definitely purchase from again in the future. Thank you!
