I had a facial done here for the first time and I honestly had such a wonderful experience. Everyone working there was so welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. The woman who did my facial was absolutely amazing — professional, gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. My skin looks and feels incredible and I’m so happy with the results! You can really tell they care about their clients and take pride in what they do. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived and took the time to answer all of my questions about possible future treatments without making me feel rushed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her

I had such an amazing experience here! I booked a skin booster treatment with Nurse Christina, and it exceeded all my expectations. It was my first time getting facial injections, I was a bit nervous going in but Christina made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She began with a thorough consultation and took the time to understand my concerns before recommending the treatment. It’s been less than 24 hours, and I’m already seeing a noticeable difference, my skin feels super hydrated, and the redness and inflammation have significantly improved, leaving my skin tone much more even. There was also very minimal down time and the results look very natural! I highly recommend booking with Nurse Christina. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, takes a personalized approach to every treatment, and creates such a calm, reassuring experience throughout.

I had the best full service facial from fahriba today. I heard about Le Pamper Room from instagram when I saw their promotion for a glow-braision facial. It was very relaxing. Susan and her sweet mom were very welcoming. I’ve already booked another facial for next month 😊 the most unexpected and nicest thing was the chai tea waiting for me after my treatment. What a nicely added treat!

I had botox done today with Christina, she was so sweet and knowledgable. My face felt very safe in her hands, she also ensured comfort throughout the treatment. Highly recommend her for your next injection treatment!

Obsessed with Le Pamper!! Suzanne and Maddy are absolute gems, they treat me like family every single time I walk in. Suzanne always know exactly what service will actually work for me, no unnecessary upselling, just honest advice. I've struggled with hormonal skin issues and honestly, this place has been a lifesaver for my skin. I leave every appointment feeling so much better. Can't recommend them enough!! 💕

Went in for the $99 facial special only to go in and be told they can’t do microneedling on my face and I need some $250+ facial. Then got heavily convinced into purchasing $400+ worth of products and got told I need to book at least 4-6 of these facials to even see any results. Absolutely, ZERO, results. Their creams are drop-ship creams. They use these promos to get you into their shop then lie and guilt you into making unnecessary purchases. 100% scamming unethical practice of a business and I pray it gets shut down. Stop asking people to leave you a review seconds after their service, if you truly believe in your service, let the results do the reviews. You asked me for a review too but I had to lie saying I am not signed into Google and don’t remember my account otherwise you were pressuring me into writing it while I was still in the chair. EDIT: My review is just as valid as ever

Place was nice and they were very friendly BUT service rendered was UNSATISFACTORY as she was aware of the reason I was coming as I also sent photos of what I need to do BUT when I got there she didn’t have the tools needed and still charged me full price. She informed me that she will order the tool needed for my extraction and contact me. She never did I had to reach out and she was advise it haven’t arrived after a month. SMH to this day she have yet to reach back out o me a year later to complete the service I paid for BUT have the nerve to send my promotional services she currently offering WHAT A JOKE..

The positive reviews you see are all requested by the owner Susan, initially I myself thought this place was wonderful but after spending nearly 3 grand on laser to see no difference at all, I got quite frustrated. Susan overbooks the days she has the laser machine, she literally gets you in and out in 30 mins for full body laser and doesn’t even know how to use the machine properly. Every time I went for laser they did a different technique, one time they stamped the laser next time the slide the laser, next time they wouldn’t even run the laser 3 times over the spot and to top it off with a cherry Susan is such a genius she remembers what level she used for laser on each client from the top of her head (I know shocking isn’t it), I’m sure you can understand my sarcasm here but she does not take note or write down what level she used so next time you come in she’s completely oblivious a

The BEST facials I’ve ever had! Susan is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and such a sweetheart. She truly customizes each treatment to your exact needs, and my skin has completely transformed since coming here. It’s been 3 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my facials. I have full confidence in her products, advice, and treatments, and I would 1000% recommend Le Pamper Room to anyone looking for amazing results and an exceptional experience.
