The attention to detail is on another level, and the result exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been going to Artin for a couple of years now, and the experience has always been excellent. He is professional, friendly, and consistently does an amazing job with my hair. He really pays attention to the details and makes sure you’re happy with the result before you leave. The customer service is also outstanding, and I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. It’s not easy to find someone you can trust with your hair every time, but Artin has definitely earned that trust. Highly recommended!

My daughter has had several haircuts at Artin, and we’ve always had a great experience. She is always so happy with her haircut and keeps asking to go back. The staff are friendly, patient, and great with kids. We’re very happy with the service and definitely recommend this place.

We’ve been going to Lada Salon as a family for a few years now and always have a great experience. Golnaz always does a marvelous job with my highlights, and Artin’s haircuts are top notch. Everyone is friendly, professional, and consistently does an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I got a keratin treatment here and unfortunately my hair was seriously damaged afterward. I tried to discuss the issue with them, but they completely denied any responsibility and were not willing to help or even acknowledge the problem. Very disappointed with both the result and the customer service.❌❌❌

I was honestly very disappointed with my experience here. The service did not match the high price at all, and the customer service was very unprofessional and rude. I’ve been to many other salons in Toronto with the same price range and received much more professional service and far better results. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. The service quality was poor, and I did not feel respected as a customer at any point. The final result was also far below what I expected based on what I asked for. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this place, as my experience was far from satisfactory.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Lada Salon. Taraneh’s prices were always inconsistent, where there were no set prices and she would sometimes find ways to increase the price for simple designs every time, something that any other nail salon would find ridiculous. It felt very sneaky as many other of her customers were upset about the same issue. The quality of the products that she uses also seems really poor. Unfortunately, every time I got my nails done, they would break or chip within just a few days. The quality is not worth it compared to other places. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you want quality and professionalism.
