KingsGate Luxury Homes

I just finished building my first house project for my family and we are relieved we went with Kingsgate and their services. Afshin and Arash are laser focused on timelines and budget and worked with us and the trades extensively to get the results we needed. The planning and coordination with the trades, designer, architect, city officials was meticulous and I knew we were in good hands from the beginning. The result is an amazing house that we can call home and our neighbours and agents and friends constantly praise us for the home we built with Kingsgate. I would recommend giving Afshin a call if you are considering a new build.

I recently completed a full renovation of our 12,000 sq. ft. home with Afshin from Kingsgate Luxury Homes, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Afshin’s workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the project. He was always reachable, responsive, and patient with every request—whether it came from me or my wife—and he ensured that every detail was executed exactly as we envisioned. His entire team of tradespeople was highly professional, skilled, and respectful of our home. The project schedule was clear from the beginning, and Afshin delivered exactly on time, which is rare in large-scale renovations. We are extremely pleased with the final result, and the transformation exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Afshin and Kingsgate Luxury Homes to anyone seeking top-tier craftsmanship, reliability, and a genuine

From the very first meeting, Afshin and his team proved that they are not just builders — they are professionals who genuinely care about quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, KingsGate was organized, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed, and every step was explained clearly. KingsGate delivered amazing quality on time and on budget. Afshin’s team was honest, friendly, reliable, and detail-focused. We absolutely love our home.

Kings gate lost arbitration in my case Number 5428 in ODACC ( Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts) for missing money and bad management that accumulates to over $750,000. Kingsgate calls itself a builder and prides itself on being the top home builder company in the city however, they mislead their clients. On the ads the homeowner believes he's a builder however on the contract it clearly states he is only managing/supervising the property which is a big difference. The result of this is that the home owner cannot claim on Tarion because he does not register his projects on his insurance nor provides supporting documents of his insurance despite several attempts contacting his lawyers. I had trusted Kingsgate homes to build my dream home and was very excited as I was promised many deadlines which were not met so I had to make the difficult decision to terminate the c
