KEVIN DESERVES 0 STARS!!! We worked with Kevin and his partner from Mar 2022 to July 2022 to sell our house. He was extremely unprofessional, incompetent and rude. His main selling point when we interviewed him was he would make suggestions only to make changes to our house and they were not mandatory. This was a lie. We felt forced to change minor cosmetic things in our house that we didn't feel were necessary and he made us spend money unnecessarily. He kept showing up to our house unannounced with items he purchased that we didn't agree to, even though we repeatedly told him we both work from home and are not always available. When we didn't agree to change the items he would make racist remarks i.e. this item you can only find in Brampton homes (meaning Indian homes) or we have Chinese stagers but their stuff is cheap. He was also incompetent when it came to pricing our home. We met

I would highly recommend his services to my family and friends!
