Had such a great experience with Niki! She did my keratin treatment and I absolutely loved the results. She’s so sweet, fun, and made the whole appointment such a good time. I genuinely loved her energy and felt so comfortable with her. My hair turned out amazing. Definitely recommend Niki! ❤️

Niki did a really perfect keratin in my hair which made my hair so smooth and shiny. Had I known earlier how great she is in keratin, I did it sooner. I have lots of hair which always makes it difficult for the hair stylist to do it but she was very fast and at the same time very exact. I am very satisfied and really appreciate your good job, dear Niki🥰😍.

Niki is the best in the game! I’ve been to her 4 times now and I’m more convinced each time that getting these treatments was one of the best decisions I could ever make. It saves me so much time and effort and saves my hair too! My hair grows so much faster and healthier after each treatment. I had a treatment here about a month ago, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I deliberately waited before writing this review to ensure I could give an accurate account. My hair color changed significantly, which was distressing, but what was especially frustrating was how I was treated. Niki initially denied that the color had changed (multiple times), even though it was plainly obvious. She then tried to blame me, claiming it was because I had previously colored my hair. This couldn't be true, as the color change occurred very close to my roots, and I only had minimal highlights and no other color. I know color change is not uncommon in hair treatment but I have done treatments before and this was the first time this happened to me, my main problem is the way she treated me. I regret to say that my experience at Niki Hairsalon was far from satisfactory. Despite my visit last year for a hair straightening treatment, I was disappointed to find a significant portion of my hair remained wavy after washing and drying it at home. When I brought this issue to Niki's attention, she dismissively claimed that the problem lay in my drying technique rather than acknowledging any fault in the service provided. Despite my insistence that the outcome indicated either insufficient product usage or improper straightening during the process, she refused to acknowledge responsibility or offer a solution. My hair has not been changed after doing treatment by Niki. and when I sent my hair photo, she did not accept and denied to fix it. I am not at all satisfied with her service and her customer service is awful. I do not recommend keratinbyniki at all for hair work. If you go to her salon for doing treatment , do not expect any changes in your hair. Do not waste your time and money in Niki’s basement. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

After a month that she gave me a time and even knew that I was going to drive an hour and a half from Guelph to reach her address, when I went, she said very easily because you just dyed your hair black, if you do keratin now, your hair will burn, and I don't know why she didn't tell me before and I don't know how I should have known these things. then she gave me another time and I realized a few days later that I had an important job that day. When I messaged her to change my time, she said she didn't have time for the whole month. And then when I told her that I will arrive at the same time as you set, she surprisingly said that she gave my time to someone else without my confirmation. and then blocked me so that I could not comment on her Instagram. After my session my hair did not change at all, she claims that she washes your hair after your treatment but she just gently rinse it with water and 50% of material is still on your hair! After washing my hair a couple times my hair went back to being CURLY and FRIZZY! ALSO THE MATERIAL BURNT MY LUNGS AND IS NOT AS HARMLESS AS SHE CLAIMS AT ALL!! Her customer service is also awful! she booked me for another appointment to make it right and she forgot my appointment! She booked me again for another time and changed my appointment time the night before my appointment! I told her that i can’t make it at that time and she said that she has customer! (Why booking me in first place if you had customer?!) anyways i guess you don’t get prioritized when you have already paid! I DONT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL! With this price you have much better options!
