This guy gives some advice, says he will send me a letter that I can send to my landlord, and charges me over $1000.00. Then sends me the bill, but still, no letter. I called to find out about the letter, and he said: "What letter?". I explained what he said about giving me a letter. He gets all defensive and asks what I want on the letter. Confused, I reviewed what we discussed and what I thought should be in the letter. This piece of work sent me a letter that I can't use to send to the landlord because it is addressed and directed to me, just stating what we discussed again and then charges me another $600.00 for the use of his letterhead because the letter was just a dictation of what I told him. I don't know how you pull down your bad reviews because there is no way in hell every review you have is a 5-star. Really!
