Impetus Home Services

We were looking to have an awning constructed and installed over our backyard patio door leading to our to deck. After consulting and getting several quotes we decided on Impetus Home Services and we couldn't be happier! We met with Sam and after going over the specs and details he got right to work. His electrical crew moved our patio light and his carpenters went straight to work enabling us to enjoy the awning immediately. There was one small hiccup concerning the color of the caulking used which he quickly rectified upon our request. The crew was also very tidy and cleaned up the site whenever they were there. I would certainly recommend

We couldn’t be happier with the work done on our home. Our kitchen renovation has completely transformed the space, and the new floors and fresh paint throughout the house has made an incredible difference in the overall look and feel of our home. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care put into every step of the project really stand out. Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and with great communication along the way. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Impetus Home Services to anyone looking to improve their home.

As a tenant who was living in the place being redone by the landlord, Sam specifically and Impetus as a whole treated me as if i was the client myself. They did an absolutely amazing job tiling the basement with brand new ceramic tile, and installing all new trim and baseboards. They cleaned up nicely and were delicate moving our furniture. Nothing was damaged. They were very accomodating to allow me to stay in the apartment as much as i safely could be there. Would suggest these guys to anyone looking to have floor renovations or installation work needing to be done!

Excellent job w new kitchen floor - beautifully done in one day. Very happy with quality of job, exceeding all my expectations. Sam was easy to deal with, there were no surprises, and he really took care of me. Highly recommended!!!

My (ancient) toilet broke over the Winter Holiday. While the work to replace it was excellent and done quickly, the result made me realize I couldn't avoid replacing the vanity anymore. Sam knew price was an issue for me; he sourced the exact vanity I wanted at ~60% of the cost I had found. He & Paul completed all of the work in a half day. Given the age of and the modifations made to the plumbing, this took extra time, ingenuity and trips to find hardware needed to connect the vanity to the plumbing! I had said I'd paint the wall...they did all the prep needed for this. Sam will be returning next week to finish one details (eg caulking).
