Shawn did a great job fixing our garage door in Keswick. He replaced our tension spring, cables, bottom brackets and 2 bottom rollers according to our budget. As soon as I called they showed up very fast. I would definitely recommend my family and friends their services.

Highly recommend Shawn for any garage door related work! Don't look anywhere else! I called Fix It Right Garage doors and spoke with Shawn as I was looking for program my garage door remote and home link on my car as a new homeowner. I had already called other companies that had given me unreasonable quotes while Shawn told me that I didn't need anyone to come and set it up. Instead he suggested ordering a universal remote which was 20% of any other remotes available on Home Depot and also helped me set it up along my Home Link FREE OF COST! I had called them to get a quote on a replacement garage opener and their prices were excellent. They where able to come in 2 days which helped me out alot because my motor was toast. The day of install John sahar contacted us to let us know he was on his was. He was a very professional and knowledgeable person. He pointed out everything and explained in detail the whole service. I would definitely recommend them for any garage needs 100 percent.

Shawn and John completed a service repair today for the gear on our garage door motor and they were truly wonderful! They were super efficient in completing the repair, maintained good communication and were genuinely friendly staff. Recommend this company for repairs, they were very honest and reasonable and have wonderful staff members (i.e., did not push replacement for what could be repaired).

I needed to get a garage door repaired on a Saturday morning. Dan, from Fix it Right, was at the house within a couple of hours, prepared an estimate and had it repaired in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them.

Excellent experience with this company. Joseph came to assess my rather old and noisy garage door which had basically stopped working and immediately solved the issue by setting the sensors. My door is old and he agreed to replace the springs and wheels there and then and lubricated all of the parts. The door is now working properly and quietly. All work was done quickly and smoothly. Also, Joseph was very polite and helpful, giving me options and a very fair price for the work done. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! We called after our garage door broke, and Dan arrived within an hour. He provided a quote before starting and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. I had 2 standards, professionalism and a locking mechanism. The technician that arrived came in a car. He seemed like some guy that they hired and he didn't install a lock until i explained to him the whole reason i wanted a new garage door is so i can lock it. It was difficult due to a language barrier. He had a sketchy load of my old garage door hanging out of his car. I really wish these guys were as professional as their website made them seem. I also asked who would be doing the work and i was told something very different then "a dude with no truck, limited communication and not all the one thing i requested (a lock)

great work but over charged because we were in a jam replaced two springs and two cables and two lower brackets which i checked after the work was done on line came out to be around $350 and the the total bill was $1576 will not use again because my dad got ripped off so $1226 for around 1 hour and a half to two hours of labor crazy for something that should of cost around $700 to $800 tops really dishonest.

Set up an appointment on Thursday to fix my garage door and Josef arrived later that morning. Once he arrived he informed me that the door was too old to repair and a replacement was needed. I asked for a quote and indicated that I would like to move ahead asap. I agreed to a price and provided a deposit on the spot providing they could install the door the following Monday. Took the day off work and waited for their arrival Monday morning. At 9am I messaged Joe and received no response. I then followed up with the office and they had no idea my door was scheduled for replacement that day. They set the appointment for Thursday. Thursday came and the work was completed as quoted and the installers did a wonderful job with the exception of installing the emergency release latch. I've emailed to see if anyone is going to come back to finish the job and I have yet to receive a response. Upda

Prompt service with good results. Admittedly, had a bit of a hiccup in terms of difference between quoted and final price. However, after bringing these issues forward to the company, owner called me back, heard me out and was quick to resolve the concerns respectfully. Definitely give them props for doing that as there can be a lot of sketchy businesses doing similar work who wouldn't bother once they got paid. Would certainly recommend all things considered.

I would give them 5 Stars if they’d respond to the email I sent them. The installer did a good job of installing the door. I asked about the emergency manual door release, however, the installer neither spoke nor understood English. He also made a 2’ long gouge in my newly finished driveway trying to back his vehicle in. So far I’ve heard nothing back re these 2 issues. I guess I need to chase it down with phone calls again.
