I had an excellent experience working with Ali Nik at Ideal Plumbing. From the beginning of the project to completion, Ali demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. He took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the process, making even the more complex project challenges easy to understand and navigate. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. Ali was always responsive, transparent, and willing to answer any questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What truly sets Ali apart is his commitment to customer service. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done properly. Even after the project was completed, his after-sales support was excellent, promptly addressing any follow-up questions and ensuring complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Ali Nik an

Ideal Plumbing and Drain is an outstanding company with an excellent and brilliant track record. Their professionalism and high-quality service truly stand out. I am completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and expert plumbing services.

“Excellent service! Professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The work was completed neatly and efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend Ideal Plumbing for any plumbing needs.”

Ideal Plumbing was a DREAM to work with!!! Ideal plumbing just completed their work scope in our new house in Kleinburg. Over the past two years of building this project, they have become one of our favourite trades. They have the knowledge and skills it takes to install high end plumbing fixtures/ systems like our Kohler Smart Digital shower, Kohler Steam System and our massive 6000 sq ft heated driveway system. Hamed takes the time needed to explain how things work so that the homeowners grasp a good understanding of the systems installed in their home. His fees are very reasonable and for the prompt service, cleanliness while working and dedication to detail, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring Ideal Plumbing for my next project. The boiler system in my garage for the radiant floor heating and heated driveway is next level amazing. Looked outside one day and found the guys working

Had a few faucets replaced by this team. They showed up on time, were professional, and got the job done efficiently. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended

I really happy with service and responsibilities that they do for their great job.

I had a great experience with Ideal Plumbing. Hamed was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. His team was excellent—punctual, skilled, and very professional. They completed the work efficiently and left everything clean. I highly recommend Ideal Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing services. Thank you, Hamed and your team, for the outstanding service!

I can’t speak to the quality of their plumbing work, but my interaction with the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called regarding a residential service that is clearly advertised on their website. The person who answered did not identify themselves or even state the company name, which should have been a red flag. When I began explaining my question, I was interrupted, told abruptly that they “don’t do plumbing service,” and the call was hung up on me. Professional conduct—especially with front-facing customers—matters a great deal in a trade as important as plumbing. Based on this interaction, I would be very hesitant to use this company, particularly if an issue arose that required customer service. There are many plumbers available. Buyer beware—do your research and choose a reputable, professional company.

Unfortunately, I can not put less than one star, Be aware of this company, I had a very bad experience, they're too rude and they are disrespectful. In Jun 2021, they came to my house to install the kitchen faucet and washroom and shower. When did I ask them how much cost? They refused to give me an estimation cost after the Installation finished. I had a leak in the kitchen sink and the washroom sink. When I called them I have a leak on my new kitchen cabinets and new washroom vanity, they forward my phone call to the voice message and never show up. They asked me to pay $3500 cash without any invoices or receipts, even didn't finish the jobs. when I asked them how they calculate never answered how calculated. Also, I got a quote from a different plumber they said a maximum of $1500 will cost, but they charge me more than two times. Meanwhile, I asked them to come to fix my issue they

I called Ideal Plumbing to have a look at the job completed by my previous contractor. They ended up sending a thug who threatened to hurt me if I never paid $100 for a consultancy that was supposed to be free. He said since there was no work to complete, there will be a charge for $100. Also, the charge is generally $200 but he will do me a favour by charging 100. Kindly do not deal with such thieves or at least beware of mischief.

Not recommended Hamed gives cheap quote on first job to get the job, and then price increase After that no answer or call back! Or any responsibility of what they have done! He stole $$$$$ from us. His unprofessional and inexperienced team did everything wronge, and he didn’t show up even ones to check his own team work! after inspector came to check their job he got disappeared!

Ideal plumbing did all the plumbing, Infloor heating and snow melt for our new build home. We had water leaks in 3 bathrooms that lead to mould and ceilings damage. I called and texted Hamad many times with no replay. It cost me a lot of money to hire a new plumber to redo the plumbing properly and then I had to get rid of the mould and replace the drywall.

Great team, Great service, Great prices.

They refused to give me an estimation cost after the Installation finished.

Professional team, excellent communication, and high-quality workmanship.
