Hygiene Heaven Cleaning

Katie was absolutely amazing! She was fast, professional, and did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Katie and this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning services. Thank you for the outstanding work!

I took a chance from all the great reviews. Started off great on the second floor and the kitchen but then it got sloppy with the other rooms and the basement. If you hire them, make sure you inspect ALL spaces before paying because I was in a rush to head out and only paid attention to one floor and assumed they did a good job on the other floors... but they weren't clean. I even tipped generously. I contacted the owner right away when I found out on how they left the condition of the laundry and other spaces. They ignored my complaint. They also scratched my wood floors by pushing things around.

On May 18, 2026, because our house cleaners had not shown up for some weeks, we urgently needed home cleaning services for our apartment in a Condo in Richmond Hill. We found Hygiene Heaven Cleaning through a Google search, and our call was promptly returned by Eleanor. Her response was just what we were looking for, and the lady assigned for the cleaning arrived at 2 PM as promised. From 2 PM to 7 PM, the lady Ms Foroogh worked non -stop and did a thorough cleaning job, the likes of which we had not experienced earlier. She did not need any supervision or guidance, and her efforts and results were appreciated by our guest who visited us a couple of days later. Though Hygiene Heaven Cleaning deserve Five Star rating, we have allotted a four-star rating only because we do not want them to be complacent and sit on their laurels! We wish Hygiene Heaven Cleaning reach greater heights, and

I had an excellent experience with Ms. Forough and Hygiene Heaven Cleaning. The quality of her work is truly impressive. Everything was cleaned thoroughly, professionally, and with exceptional attention to detail. She is extremely trustworthy, reliable, and respectful, which gives great peace of mind when welcoming someone into your home. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about both the quality of her work and her clients’ satisfaction. I highly recommend Hygiene Heaven Cleaning to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality cleaning services!

I am extremely pleased with the outstanding cleaning service provided by the Hygiene Heaven on June 7, 2026. They did an exceptional job cleaning our large three level home from top to bottom. The team was professional , punctual, courteous and very thorough throughout the entire process. Every room was cleaned to a high standard, with great attention paid to detail Floors, bathroom, kitchen surfaces, fridge, stove and hard to reach areas were left spotless and fresh. What impressed me most was their dedication and work ethic. Despite the size of the home, they maintained the same level of care and quality in every area. I highly recommend Hygiene Heaven to anyone looking for reliable, professional and high quality cleaning services. Their commitment to excellence truely shows in their work, and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I was very disappointed with the quality of service I received. It took an entire hour to clean a small bathroom. When I asked the cleaner to wash the dishes, she refused and told me to do them myself. She also did not properly clean the refrigerator. She wiped around the items without removing everything to clean underneath them. When I asked her to wipe the tables in the living room, she cleaned only one and left the other untouched. I was also disappointed with how my concerns were handled. After I posted my review, I received a phone call during which I was offered a $50 discount on my next service after being asked to remove my review and I refused because I am not planning to go with them again so I was offered a 50$ refund or a gift card, Even after I removed it, my concerns were not addressed, and they haven’t either refunded me or given me the 50$ gift card, so I called again a

Katie was great and very professional. Fantastic service will be back in the future for sure!

I asked these people for an invoice for tax purposes and followed up many times and they did not provide it to me. I would recommend that you use a more professional establishment.

Horrible service. Extremely rude. Sent a teenager and charged over 800. The manager is extremely rude. You state that all your cleaners are adults. A teenager was brought into our home. When we called to ask why, the manager told us it “wasn’t our business.” We didn’t end the service because it was unfinished. We asked the team to leave because they were arguing loudly in front of an elderly, ill family member who was becoming agitated. This is captured on our home monitors, along with a cleaner arguing with my elderly mother. During the visit, the cleaners also walked barefoot across freshly mopped floors, leaving footprints throughout, and poured vinegar directly onto our hardwood. On billing: we were told we would be charged only for hours worked, then were immediately charged over $800. We were then texted that the remaining balance would be refunded only if we deleted our Google
