I visited this dental clinic in July of last year while my regular dentist was on maternity leave. Despite it being highly rated as Richmond Hill’s "best dentist clinic," my experience left me with permanent jaw damage. What was supposed to be a simple cavity filling turned into a long-term nightmare—thousands of dollars in TMJ treatments, ongoing pain, and irreversible issues. During the procedure, the dentist used a mouth prop (a plastic thing to keep my mouth open). I’ve always had limited jaw mobility, and after just two minutes of using the mouth prop, I felt severe discomfort and raised my hand to ask for it to be removed. The dentist insisted I "hold on a little longer." Once it was finally taken out, my jaw was extremely sore. Four days later, I could barely open my mouth. They prescribed muscle relaxants for two weeks, which did nothing and even the pharmacist raised concern ab

I do not recommend this dentist. He asks patients for 5-star reviews, which is misleading. My experience was terrible: they used all my insurance on unnecessary treatments, leaving real problems untreated until the next year. No mouthwash was provided after working on amalgams, and a year later, another dentist told me their fillings were so poorly done that they need to be replaced. Don’t trust them!

Avoid this place for emergency dental work!!! ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF!! They charged $150 for an Examination and $300 to glue back a Dental Bridge!!!!! I went there in mid-March to reinsert a DENTAL BRIDGE that fell off the night before. That's all I needed, and that's all I asked for. However, Dr. Behrooz Taghizadeh did an examination that I neither needed nor asked for and charged me $150 for it!!!! I wasn't informed during or before the appointment that examinations was included in the process or whether I'm getting charged for it. It gets worse. They also charged $303 for gluing back the bridge!! That's a job that barely takes minutes and only requires two drops of glue. Are you really telling me that two drops of that glue cost $300??? When I brought up the issue to the receptionist, she only gave me a $50 discount, and I had to bargain for it! Their excuse for the price was, "Why are you
