Hossein was fantastic to work with on our first home purchase. His industry knowledge, especially of pre-construction and the closing process, made a complicated purchase much easier to navigate as first-time buyers. He was always attentive and quick to respond, whether we had a question about the numbers, the paperwork, or the next step. He genuinely looked out for us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. If you're buying pre-construction or it's your first home, I'd highly recommend Hossein.

Very nice and caring agent, would recommend Hossein to anyone that’s looking to rent or buy a property.

Padideh and hossein very good service

I had a very disappointing experience working with Hossien. He was disorganized and lacked attention to detail from the very beginning. As we were traveling from Iran and couldn’t view the unit in person, we relied on him to be our eyes and provide us with honest feedback. Unfortunately, he failed to check or inform us about major issues in the unit, including broken floors, plumbing problems, damaged bathrooms, and a broken washing machine. Despite these issues, he and the landlord still collected a full year’s rent upfront—$50,000—leaving us with no option to move or renegotiate once we discovered the problems. As a realtor, he had a responsibility to look out for our best interests, but instead, he and his team acted carelessly and unprofessionally, showing that they were only concerned with making money. I’m extremely grateful that I never purchased a home through him, and I will a

Amazing service and great human quality.

I highly recommend Hossein for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in any area!
