I was quite surprised to read some of the negative reviews about the owner’s demeanor. While he may come across as impatient at times, I did not find him rude at all. In fact, I thought he was quite friendly and easy to deal with. I brought my truck in for bodywork, and the entire process—from start to finish—was handled flawlessly. He delivered exactly what he promised. I will definitely use his services again in the future Thank you for the excellent work.

Mr Hamid is a customer oriented business owner, who cares about his customers in a professional way. I got an issue with my Mazda 3 and they solved it quick and at np cost. I appreciate their help and will go again there . They are far from me but I can trust them.

I paid for brake work here on May 17. I was not provided with any invoice or written work order. The brakes later started making noise and dragging. I took the vehicle to a second mechanic, who confirmed the brakes are dragging and stated they are unable to confirm whether the rear brakes were ever replaced, despite payment having been made for brake work. When I returned to this shop, the owner refused to inspect the vehicle and stated that because no tax was charged, no receipt would be provided. Brake repairs are a safety issue. Refusing documentation and inspection, and being unable to verify what work was actually done, is very concerning. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing before agreeing to any repairs here. This experience does not lead me to recommend this place.

After the accident, I took my car to this place... I was in a very bad mental state because of the accident... Mr. Hamid's professional behavior and correct guidance and his support in administrative matters were really a great help. I am grateful to him and his team…….Absolutely recommend.

**ATTENTION ABSOLUTE SCAM SCAM & SCAM ** **** Its On Your Own Risk To Go To This Place**** IN My EXPERIENCE horrible place . fake & absolutely terrible repair. attitude were extremely bad and unprofessional. Worst customer service . Rude owner & staff . Lies about everything ( cost, time & parts ) They portend as preferred shops but they are not. Double charge the insurance & rental loner car with their connection adjuster friend as the owner says the beginning to take you in and he always says with his famous quotes : *** I am not feeling good and I am Not supposed to be here *** Multiple times back and forth repair and end result is garbage & unacceptable service & repair. They damage even more to other areas of your car interior and exterior during the horrible repair. Always have Excuse for anything !!! No Guarantee & easily playing the game with you. My car was in better condition before I brought it here. After the repair, I noticed scratches and another issue that wasn't there before. They refused to take responsibility.

I would never trust this shop again. They promised to fix my car, but it came back with new problems. Very disappointing experience.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Customer service is poor, and they do not value customers’ time. Every visit involves a long wait that wastes your time, and you often have to come back multiple times just to get one thing done. Overall, it gives a very bad feeling — a combination of wasted time and money, along with disrespectful treatment. After years, I now prefer to go somewhere that truly understands customer service.
