If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My experience at Go Laser was extremely disappointing and honestly a complete waste of money. I truly feel like my money went straight in the garbage. I went in expecting safe and professional laser treatments, but I saw no results at all. Instead, I was burned three separate times during my sessions, which is completely unacceptable for any place offering this type of service. It made me feel uncomfortable, unsafe, and worried about my skin. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. The treatments seemed rushed, and I did not feel like my safety or concerns were taken seriously. After being burned, I expected at least an apology or some kind of accountability, but there was none. I regret trusting this place with my skin and spending my money here. This was my first experience at this clinic, and unfortunately I left feeling very disappointed with how the payment process was handled. Before my treatment, I was only presented with two payment options: paying the full amount upfront or choosing a 12-payment plan. I was not told that paying per session was also an option, so I felt pressured to choose between the two options that were presented to me. I chose the 12-payment option, but the girl she did not clearly explained beforehand that I would be required to provide my credit card information and keep it on file for automatic payments. I only found this out after my treatment had already been completed. For something involving a financial commitment and automatic charges, I believe all payment options and requirements should be clearly explained before the customer agrees to anything or receives treatment. Seems to be very focused on laser which is good. Was excited to find a place with a NDYAG machine but I got accused of stealing a clients watch, it was very very strange. If you have darker skin, I would steer clear.

Very expensive and nothing special. I already took 2 sessions they charged me way more than other similar clinics. Edited - As I can not reply to the comment I am writing here. I asked for smaller packages and they didnt show me the price list, they are just telling me different numbers, and said its after discount of 40%. Really a joke. Just wonder why I fell into their trap and book 2 session with them.
