My ring looks beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My husband and I have been to this store twice now, and the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire team is knowledgeable, welcoming, and easy to work with. We first purchased a gold chain here and received very fair pricing based on the gold value. Most recently, we had heirloom rings resized for our upcoming wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the results. My ring features detailed engraving from the 1950s on the inside, and they managed to resize it perfectly without altering a single letter of the original inscription. We highly recommend this shop,having such a talented, trustworthy jeweler right in our neighborhood is a huge plus!

I'm guessing all the positive reviews must be fake. I made the mistake of purchasing a custom diamond ring from here and the craftsmanship was pretty brutal. The diamonds were set really messy. Looked an amateur put it together. I was stuck with it and years later wanted to sell it. They wouldn't even buy back their own ring for scrap? They clearly could care less for repeat business. I sold it for a fair price at Olivers. I would never buy anything from this place ever again. I would give it a ZERO star if I could.

I bought a wedding band for my husband a few years ago from here. He had stated it was 18K gold when we bought it and came home it stated 14K inside the ring. Overall I was pretty upset and we did notify him however he didn’t provide a discount. As we were again looking to buy some jewelry I remembered this place and the experience we had. I thought it would be appropriate to leave a review.

I have visited their Store on Thursday May 1st,2025. yet instead of rectifying the situation and trying not to scam people, they auto respond as you never step foot on our store(indicating zero foot traffic). Definitely avoid shopping here at all costs Not the best one to deal with in this area. They lowball and try to take advantage if you’re not aware of gold price. They offered me 18% below market gold price and yet mark up their inventory high up. Try some of the ones located in North York area.

Very bad experience. I went there to fix a broken necklace. I called them prior to the visit and they told me reach there before 5:45 pm so that they get enough time to fix it since they close at 6pm. I reached there by 5:20pm and showed him my necklace i know it was big thing to fix it. In my country they fix it for free but i know it is different here so i knew i had to pay something. Then after examining my necklace he asked it it 18ct i said it is 22ct. Then he said he needs more time to fix it and can only done by next day. But my friend who drove me was not able to give me ride next day said that we are coming from far and all that. Then he said he will fix it and it will be 30$. I thought he said 13$ and agreed. He fixed the thing in less than 15 mints and charged me 33.50 dollars. That was a total rip off.. I am very upset. I don’t like creating scenes so i politely asked if it

I visited this store to get a ring resized after reading the splendid reviews of customer service and overall satisfied customers. The person behind the counter greeted me and I explained that I needed a ring resized. After very briefly looking at my ring she told me how another person had come in with the same kind of ring and went on to say how it might be plastic and it'll melt. I immediately felt disheartened as i just recieved this beautiful ring that was supposed to be certified and real. She then told me to go to a place with a laser. I asked if she knew anyone that can do so to which she replied no. After that she then said she's not the jeweler but just works at the desk and if I wanted to come back the next day when the jeweler would be in to help me, but highly recommended I got somewhere with a laser. We came to this place because of a friend who bought his wedding ring there. Walked in to sell a golden ring and purchase a golden choker with a pendant. After seeing him taking picture the driver's license provided, I asked why he was doing that. Instead of answering my question he got all upset and said "do you want me to stop everything?". After telling him that I only had asked a simple question and he didn't have to be rude, he got all arrogant and said that I was the one being rude because I asked a question. Then he said "I'm taking a picture because you're selling gold". Well, I had never sold gold before so how was I supposed to know?
