I had such a great experience at Fazi Beauty. The salon is beautiful, clean, and very professional, and you can tell they truly care about every detail. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The service felt very personalized, and they really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. You can see the quality in both their work and the atmosphere they create. Definitely one of the most stylish and well-managed salons I’ve been to.

I got my updo done by Giti Joon and I absolutely loved it!! 🥹💗 She did such an amazing job and was sooo attentive to every little detail. She really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I was dancing and sweating for HOURS and somehow my hair stayed perfectly in place the entire night 😭 Even with all the products needed for the updo, my hair still felt amazing, didn’t feel heavy or gross at all, and smelled sooo good. On top of being so talented, Giti is genuinely such a kind, sweet and lovely person. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and you can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I was sooo happy with how my hair turned out and would 100% go back to her. Thank you Giti Joon!! 💕

I do not recommend this salon for hair services at all. I had my haircut done by SIMIN- Fazi beauty for a simple hair trim abiut 3cm shorter. but the woman who cut my hair ended up cutting about 20 cm off. My hair was originally down to my waist, and because it’s curly, it now sits on my shoulders after the cut. I only asked for a trim, not a major haircut. Simin who did my hair clearly was not professional and did not seem to know how to properly cut curly hair. I also brought my daughter with me just for a small trim, and it took about an hour and a half for her to do a very basic trim, which was extremely surprising. I’m honestly shocked that this place accepts hair services when it is mainly a nail salon and does not seem to have a professional hairstylist available. If there isn’t a qualified hair professional, they shouldn’t be offering hair services.

I booked hair and makeup appointments for myself and my aunt about two weeks in advance for a wedding. Before the appointment, I showed them photos of exactly what I wanted for both my hair and makeup and also sent the photos to them as requested. On the day of the wedding, the person responsible for my hair, Giti, was late. We repeatedly asked where she was and were simply told that she was coming. In the meantime, another assistant spent almost two hours putting product in my hair and teasing it while we waited. (my hairstyle did not need teasing) When Giti finally arrived, she seemed very rushed and frazzled. At that point, both Giti and Fazi, the salon owner, told me that the hairstyle I had requested wasn’t possible because my hair was “too short.” This was extremely frustrating because I had shown and sent the same reference photo multiple times—including again that day. DO NOT GO TO [SARA ETTEFAGH -Fazi beauty salon ]. I am devastated and extremely angry. I paid a lot of money here, and they completely burned and destroyed my hair. What was done to my hair is not just “damage” — it is severe breakage and chemical burn. My roots and top layers are literally fried and broken. It has now been three months, and I have gone to multiple professionals trying to fix this. I have done protein treatments, masks, bond repairs, everything — and nothing helps. My hair is so damaged that even extensions could not cover it. The damaged, burned parts are still visible and still breaking. At this point, I have been told the only option left is to shave my hair off and start over. Do you have any idea how emotionally devastating that is for a woman? I trusted this salon and paid for a service, and instead, I was left with trauma, expense, and hair that I can’t style,

This salon used to be great but it has been quite some time that the products and the material have lost their quality. The last time I went there, I did my nails with Fazi herself and my nails got infected. I have lost my Nail and three of my nails are now infected. Before you make the decision of going there think about it. You’re paying for high-end nail spa, but you’re getting something that even the worst nail. It has been4 months and I’m still dealing with what this nail salon has done to my nails. I asked for compensation and she had her husband call me and they took no responsibility for what they did. I have gotten a lawyer and will be taking them to court. Please be aware!!!

80$ for shellac after nice tip and 3 of my nails broke within a week. i had grown them out long for so long and they were so strong. red flag when they don’t soak off shellac and instead just burn it off.
