Connected this place as I was hoping to purchase flowers. I do not have an account but when googling open to public they pop up. When I asked if they could let me know where I could go they responded with " a flower shop" and proceeded to laugh on the phone. These are for an event and regular flower shops are costly when needing multiple centerpieces. The customer service weather im an account holder or not is upsetting. Coming from a buisness owner myself and a husband who has a business and who is also grown up in a family buisness. They should conduct themselves a bit more professionally on the phone.

When I first started in the floral industry there were certain things as a beginner I didn’t know. I visited this wholesale company as they have positive reviews and it’s very saddening how I was treated. I noticed I was given higher prices per stem for the same variety than others who walked in. When looking at the inventory I chose out a bunch of roses to buy, the front manager elmira was very rude and made very passive aggressive remarks. Instead of kindly educating me on information about floral care that I may not have known at the time (info about chemicals to use) she spoke very rudely as if I’m stupid and I felt very unwelcome which is unacceptable, everyone was a beginner at one point and time. I honestly didn’t appreciate the gate keeping and how her tone suggested I shouldn’t buy the flowers if I don’t know everything about them. I also had a chance to speak to the owner dur

This floral wholesaler looked professional and reliable, but the quality just wasn’t there. Some flowers arrived in poor condition and didn’t last a day. I reached out but never got a response. Expected better — won’t be ordering again.
