Dr. Eshghi is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the way she made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The entire team was friendly, organized, and professional, and the clinic itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. It’s not always easy to find a dentist you can truly feel confident with, but my experience here was excellent. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CLINNIC I SHOULD SUE THIS OWNER ! I am writing this review because I have been suffering every single day since the dental treatment I received at Clínica Esmerald around April. I repeatedly told the dentist that something did not feel right and that I was experiencing significant discomfort. At first, I was told one thing about what was wrong with my tooth, and later the explanation and treatment changed. I felt that procedures were being done that I did not need, and I became very concerned that I was being charged for unnecessary additional work. After the treatment, my bite no longer felt natural. One of my molars was left feeling extremely hard, bulky, and almost like a stone, without a natural shape. I complained about it, but my concerns were not properly addressed. I eventually had to go to another dental clinic to have the tooth adjusted and reduced.

I can’t recommend Emerald View Dental enough! Dr. Eshghi is one of the kindest, most meticulous, and highly skilled dentists I have ever met. She truly cares about her patients and always takes the time to explain every step, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout every treatment. A special thank you to Maral, Dr. Eshghi’s assistant, who is absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and incredibly supportive. I also want to thank Atousa for her excellent communication and appointment coordination. Everything is always organized smoothly from start to finish. Worst dental place ever had. Doctor always comes late, always make you feel painful and say “what? you want it or not.” “Come on” Front desk made me waiting on dental bed for 30+ mins from appointment time, no apologies just say “what? That’s normal in dental, just wait 2 mins”. Doctor would take care of some other patients if go to her face to ask for services. Scheduling a time is such a joke. Totally wasting time to get some services made your lip teared, your gum painful and bleeding. Nobody would come back after tried. Great marketing and campaign tho, what you do never matched to what you say.

The dentist was nice and professional but she keeps changing her secretaries and loves to charge too much . The last secretary that I was in contact with was rude and selfish! I forgot something in the office in my last visit the I contacted her, she said the cleaning guys throw it away! But how is it possible? She put it intentionally in the garbage instead of letting me know that I left it there! I’ve been with this dentist for more than a decade. I moved far away from them and can’t go there anymore. This is the reason the rude secretary didn’t care!

I’ve been to this clinic many times and initially had a positive experience. However, over time, I noticed a decline in their professionalism. I’ve always arrived on time or even early, and never once complained when I was kept waiting. But the one time I was running late due to traffic (and I let them know in advance), I received a curt call right at the time of my appointment—with no greeting or introduction—just a sharp “Where are you?” followed by, “You need to be on time, we’re very busy here,” before abruptly hanging up. There had been other incidents before, but this one confirmed my decision to stop going. I haven’t been back since. I told them I wanted to cancel my future appointments, yet they keep calling me. This is a small dental office run by a single doctor, and while I initially tried to be understanding about potential scheduling delays, the level of unprofessionalism here was shocking. My partner had a scheduled appointment, and I accompanied her — we both arrived on time, only to find that another walk-in patient without an appointment was taken in ahead of her, causing a delay of over 30 minutes. There was no communication, no explanation, and no indication that this was anything other than poor scheduling or favoritism. When we returned to express our concerns, instead of taking accountability or offering a simple apology, the doctor and receptionist argued with us, saying “this happens at all dental offices” and that we were “making a big deal out of nothing.” That response was not only dismissive — it was unprofessional and frankly insulting. These people took advantage of me, and my teeth are in worse condition than before. They told me I could use my benefits, but then charged me $900, claiming they don’t work with Sunlife. This makes me believe they’ve been scamming that insurance multiple times. They also ask you to leave a good review, but I’m not sure they really know what they’re doing in most cases or even have the proper license to treat you in most cases.
