I’m leaving this review specifically based on my experience with the agent who represented the landlord BONNIE EBNEALI, not the brokerage as a whole, as I have no personal experience with the brokerage itself. Unfortunately, my experience with Bonnie was extremely disappointing. I found her communication to be rigid, condescending, and at times deeply uncomfortable. I also felt that I was treated differently and looked down upon throughout the process, which was particularly upsetting. She was very insistent on post-dated cheques and pushed for three months of rent to be paid in advance, which made the process feel unnecessarily difficult and pressured. More importantly, I did not feel that both my realtor and me were treated with the same level of professionalism or respect that I would expect in a rental transaction whether you are a man a woman, coloured or not, everyone should be t

Great realtor to work with

Low-quality service. Neither a good listener, nor an expert in the field. She monopolized our first and only meeting and grabbed much of the talk-time, she even prevented us from fully describing our actual need. I think she needs to visit a shrink if she loves the sound of her voice that much.

If there was a negative star, I would give her for sure. It was a terrible experience working with her. She has an awful attitude and is extremely careless. She was a representative of me and my wife to sell our property. I will advise do not to trust her at all.

I receive UNWANTED SPAM MAIL from this realtor (very frequently) for years. Even now during a pandemic I got someone from this place knocking at my door in the afternoon (weekday when many are working from home). They interrupted me while working and stood outside my door then left more spam flyers again. This is not only disruptive but against the advice of RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) who advise to limit all physical interactions. I have filed a complaint with RECO against Eli Bakhtiari Realty, I advise anyone else affected to do the same. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with this realtor.
