Very helpfull and great to deal with and over all great experience

Put the wrong lens (with a tint) in my glasses without telling me. Also bent my frames and wouldn’t admit it. I now need to buy new frames and lenses (elsewhere, obviously).

My experience in obtaining glasses for my new prescription has been anything but smooth. I rate their service 5 star, but workmanship 2. Their lens or frames or both need more detailed introspection.
