Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. From my perspective, the priority seems to be making as much money as possible from the client, not providing good results or genuine customer care. The marketing may sound impressive, but in my experience, it felt like a strategy to convince you to keep paying for more expensive treatments. I had only one injection, came back expecting reasonable pricing and results, and was shocked to see the price had increased to almost double. When I asked why, I did not receive a clear explanation that justified such a huge increase. For the amount of money being charged, I expected results not more upselling and higher prices. I felt like the focus was on how much more money could be made, rather than whether the treatment was actually working. I genuinely regret spending my money here. I got Botox done here and paid $670 just for my forehead. Unfortunately, it barely made any difference, my forehead lines didn’t go away. I called them and explained, and they asked me to come back for a touch-up. I went back, did the touch-up… and still no real result. I’ve been getting Botox for over 10 years and this has honestly never happened to me before. Six months later I went to another clinic, got the same area treated with the same brand, paid only $250 and the results were perfect. No touch-up even needed. Smooth, natural, exactly how Botox should work. Sadly, this clinic charges premium prices without delivering premium results. I didn’t see any added value, service, or effectiveness to justify the cost. Very disappointing experience overall.

This place is an absolute disgrace and a complete money-grab. They charge completely ridiculous prices for the exact same Botox formula I’ve had at multiple other clinics for a fraction of the cost. There’s zero reason to pay this much — it’s nothing special, nothing better, just overpriced nonsense. I honestly can’t believe anyone would fall for it. You’re literally throwing your money away, and the whole operation feels like a scam designed to make clueless people overpay. If you value your money and common sense, stay far, far away from this place. There are so many other clinics that offer the exact same treatment for way less, so don’t waste your time or cash here.

What a nice customer service I simply called to book an appointment with Dr.Rouzati for getting filler injection and the response was amazingly surprised. Here is what I got a line from his secretary who was talking in an aggressive manner. If you are just worried about your lips then he won't do it, but if you need To do other filler injections too, he would do your lips.!!!! It's nonsense to me,!!!! Thanks for such a friendly resolution to my service inquiry.

I was looking for a walk in clinic and got the number for the Botox clinic by accident, which is right next door. Called you guys and once I realized I apologized and your receptionist was so rude she hung up on me before I could say anything else. Wow. I mean if I were to ever want Botox, it wouldn’t be from there.
