The clinic is beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly, and my appointment was very well organized. I barely had to wait. I went to this aesthetic clinic for lip filler and I honestly regret it so much. While I was there, the doctor talked me into doing filler in my smile lines too. The same day, I noticed raised “bar-like” lines on both sides of my smile lines, and I also had this weird greenish line showing through my skin. I messaged them right away and they told me not to worry and to wait two weeks because it would go away. Two weeks passed. The right side did get better and went away, but the left side didn’t. The left side stayed raised and obvious, and the green line was still visible. It looked unnatural. I went back to show the doctor. He said the green line was the Tyndall effect and told me it would fade over time. For the raised line, he said he could inject enzyme to dissolve it. Please stay far away from this place! I had laser treatments done here for almost a year. Every time I went I experienced insane discomfort and assumed that was just part of the process since it was my first laser experience. The technician was lovely and when I started sessions I was assured it was an authentic, top of the line Alma machine.I had this service done about every 6 weeks although from time to time it would go a bit longer especially when their machine broke for months, however, I was provided a free service for this so I did not view it as too much of an inconvenience. After almost a year I saw minimal results and they moved locations further away from me so I decided to try somewhere new and closer to my home. I feel bad putting a bad review but this place is really bad . When I went there I had to fill out a form and questionnaire about my health and I had to sing it . And then the injector called my name went inside the room and she kept asking me if I have a disease more then 5 or 6 times and asked me that if I am sure repeatedly, and I told her that I am healthy and then I told her that u can’t ask me this question like this , it’s so rude and then she start filming me without asking for permission repeating the same question that if I have a disease and then I stopped her and she said that some one else another nurse will take care of me because she is not feeling comfortable. She lift the room talking to the girl in the reception area in Persian they don’t know that I could understand what they saying. And the receptionist kept tilling me that she is so professional and she have 20 years
