Excellent staff. Efficient service by the hygienist and the dentist came by to further explain on the hygienist's recommendations. My son was very happy to receive his electric toothbrush and tote bag.We have booked 2 more appointments for other family members.

I had an amazing experience at Don River Dental Clinic yesterday when I went in for my wisdom teeth removal. I called in the morning and was able to get a same-day appointment, which already impressed me. From the moment I walked in, the reception was welcoming. The young man at the front desk and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I came in with my four-month-old baby and had no one to leave him with, but a staff member named Nida went above and beyond to help care for him as I had my procedure done. I could even hear her singing to him, which truly meant so much to me. The clinic is very clean, and the staff are cooperative, compassionate, and understanding. They take the time to discuss financial options with you, making sure you’re comfortable and supported rather than overwhelmed. Just had my first visit at Don River Dental and it was phenomenal. The team from receptionist to dentist to hygienist were super nice and made me feel comfortable. The cleaning was painless. The experience was simple, pleasant and for once I wasn't made feel bad about my dental hygiene. Also the billing was straightforward and very reasonably priced. They are definitely my new dental team.

I would like to thank Zahra & Dr. Shermin for taking care of my teeth the other day! It is a great pleasure to be looked after by passionate dentists who shows their commitment to excellence through their great work, extreme precision, and artistic skills. I really appreciate Dr. Shermin for going far beyond technical skills. He really cares about his work and in delivering patient results and expectations. This is the best kind of dental care for me, in my opinion. What I love about Don River clinic overall is how well they recognize that behind every dental procedure is a human being with unique emotions, experiences, and concerns. I was very optimistic to be going to Don River Dental as they sounded very professional and friendly on the phone. What I didnt like is that they send you daily messages about your upcoming appointment, call to confirm over 5 times, and when I show up with my 3 children, 2 of which are 2 months old twins....I was told oh no your appointment was scheduled for tomorrow not today. Meanwhile I had over 10 messages my appointment was on that day that I showed up. I never got a single apology, not even offered even a cup of water for having to drag 3 kids on a 40° weather like today. First impressions make a difference and these guys may be really good but they do not know how to treat customers, specially reception.

Today I came here for cleaning my teeth but very disappointed. They don’t know how to do the job my teeth is the same before cleaning. The woman doing it for me she is like student studying how to cleaning teeth, not professional. Never recommend anyone for this place. Pls hiring someone who know to do job. You lose my time and money. The water dripping into my neck during doing cleaning many times, she asked me to open my mouth many times even in doing it so and say my mouth small so she can’t make it good :))) she asking me if I wanna stop in between the cleaning , what??? You can easily see how unprofessional it is in the way she holding the toools and moving it in your mouth

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 These people have considered humans as laboratories to make money. I booked an appointment with these people to get my teeth cleaned. On the day they took an X-ray of my teeth, they told me that I had a root canal infection.And they told me that you would have to remove the chemical that was stuck inside the other two teeth and put new chemical in there. ❌️I knew that those suggestions were completely wrong❌️ I told these people to write down everything you suggested to me in one email and email it to me.These people have not given me any kind of reply. These people ask you to do wrong treatment to make money. If you are asked to undergo any kind of treatment at this place, get it all written down in an email and then get it done.

Bad experience, My son had an appointment at 12.I came 15 minutes early and waited one hour after they approached me three times with different excuses for the delay. Additional to that they offered a service in my language that’s why my appointment was booked. however the doctor that speaks the language was on vacation and their translator shifts right after my appointment.although the receptionist was nice. I definitely do not recommend this place!

Scam was promised free electric toothbrush show up they say they ran out! The person I spoke with promised me one on appointment! Canceled and walked out … not what I expected! They also constantly call to remind and confirm gets annoying, also poor customer service…

Included in this great service was his assisting Hygienist.

Went for an extraction on my lower jaw and the surgeon injured my throat.

Best place for treatment, skilled doctors and very friendly staff.
