CTA Contracting

Raz and his team of concrete professionals are did a great job with my large concrete slab project. He provided a fair, accurate and detailed estimate. The project did not go over budget, and the scope of work was detailed and exact. The team addressed all my concerns with grading, drainage and concrete strength. They provided great advice as well. They were very considerate of noise and cleanliness, and took care not to damage the surrounding property. This is the team to hire if you need any concrete work done right.

The CTA crew worked on my house over a 4-month period underpinning, replacing the basement slab, new shed pad, and creating a new walkup amongst other concrete related projects. They are one of the most honest and pleasant contractors I have worked with. They strive to go above and beyond. These guys understand concrete and know how to deliver value.

I hired CTA to do underpinning at my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. They took care of everything from excavation, waterproofing, underpinning and finished with the concrete basement slab. Fulpy licensed and insured company with great communication throught this project. I'll definitely bet choosing CTA for any of my future projects.

Me and my family wanted to Underpin our home but didn't know where to start. After our first call Ali and Raz arranged a meeting and presented us with a competitive quote and plan which included excavation, interior waterproofing and underpinning. From the very first step they complied with all city regulations and bylaws. Passed all inspections and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have recommended CTA to many family and friends and would not hesitate to use them for other projects.

From the permit process to the beginning of construction for my rear house addition they were transparent and truthful every step of the way. Hard working family owned and operated company as well. Not many companies like this left.
