Chestnut Flooring

Chestnut both supplied the floor and their installer performed the install in my roughly 1400 square foot home in Aurora. Well within the “warranty” period roughly 60 planks have begun to bend, crack or lift in some way. The manufacturer said it was install error from the floor not being flat which was never brought up. Chestnut refused to honour the warranty on their own work. $10K down the drain. They also tried to get out of the warranty at one point by saying that the 1 year was up from the date I made a deposit. Having the company supply and install should give them some reason to stand by their work. They only repaired one plank, had to do it twice and made it worse than it was before. As a response. We were told about sanding the joints between sheets of plywood and staple removal which was done. And were never informed that there was unevenness that would cause you not to war

I was first recommended Chestnut Flooring by my installer who said they carry high quality herringbone floor products. He was not joking. Upon comparing their products to others suppliers/manufactures it was clear that they offered a noticeably thicker top layer and better quality engineered hardwood. I am very happy with my new herringbone floors and received great customer service from Sherry. Highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in the market for some flooring!

This is the second time working with Chestnut and the service was great. Sherry was a pleasure to work with! The installers were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up when they were done and the floor looks great! All invoicing was clear and transparent. I would highly recommend using Chestnut.

We worked with Sherry at Chestnut Flooring and she was a pleasure to work with and really helpful. We recently purchased 1900 sq ft of Fuzion Flooring Northern Retreat in color Hidden Trail (9.5" W plank). We found Chestnut's prices to competitive and their service was excellent from the time of purchase to delivery. We were also recommended Chestnut through a kitchen company nearby who told us they were the best in the area!

Ordered flooring 2 years ago it never arrived , was promised they would refund been chasing them since to get my money back over 20k and yet to hear from them. Countless emails and promises yet to hear back.

Stay as far away from these people as you can. Unfair business practices. But don’t listen to me. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating… yup, it’s an F.

Came here looking for some vinyl flooring for a basement renovation project. They had a great selection and even better prices! Will definitely be coming back here for future flooring purchases

I purchased Engineered Hardwood Flooring from Chestnut Flooring. Upon delivery, the boxes were opened to discover that the core of the product below the veneer was completely different and inferior from the sample presented by Sherry from Chestnut Flooring. The hardwood manufacturer was very responsive, provided a return authorization and offered a refund to Chestnut within 2 days. Subsequently Nemo, CEO of Chestnut Flooring refused me immediate credit, but sent me an email stating that all Chestnut sales were final and that refund to me would take 4-6 weeks to process. His explanation for holding funds for an extra month - Chestnut policy different than manufacturers. Recommendation; Do not prepay Chestnut Flooring prior to inspection of flooring delivery. No after sales support.

Don’t bother shopping at chestnut, they sell Vidar flooring at a jacked up price. We were very disappointed when we received our floors and found out they were just Vidar. We were told the floor is custom made from Chestnut flooring but that was a lie. Go buy $4 Vidar floor somewhere else, it’s not worth it from Chestnut.

Wonderful work and experience with this team! Andy (installer) did such a great job installing our floors (efficient and clean) and was able to fix some large height differences between rooms. Super nice guy. Sherry was also terrific as our rep. She got everything together and now we have beautiful floors installed

The showroom, the staff, the material and the service was amazing!

This unprofessional behavior further soured my experience with the company.
