I don’t normally leave reviews but I cannot recommend BANA florist enough. Not only were the florals we ordered absolutely exquisite but the owner herself took such good care of us and was personally attentive throughout our process. Fernando is a truly gifted florist who patiently worked with us to accommodate every detail and request we made. They helped us bring beauty to a hard time and exceeded our wildest expectations.

We had an amazing experience with Bana Florist for our wedding! Mahsa was wonderful, helpful, attentive, and so easy to work with. She also helped with the decorations and went above and beyond on the wedding day, even adding extra flowers and beautiful touches. Everything turned out absolutely gorgeous. We couldn’t have been happier and definitely recommend Bana Florist!

I’ve used this florist several times in the last few years and they never disappoint. I’ve purchased bouquets, orchids and now an anthurium plant for my mom’s birthday and it looks amazing. The florist is great at making recommendations and accommodates substitutions where they are out of a certain plant. Very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

My son wanted to get flowers for his girlfriend’s graduation, and she did an amazing job creating a beautiful arrangement while staying within his budget. I decided to order flowers for the special lady in my life (not my wife) and BANA florist was quick to come to my aid and deliver a spectacular bouquet to the address I provided. I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. The prices were much higher than other places, and the staff was rude and impatient. Instead of helping customers, they acted like they didn’t want to be there. I would not recommend this shop if you’re looking for good service or fair prices.

After agreeing on the general terms, details, and price, we were later informed that the agreed price was unaffordable for them. Despite the considerable time and effort my wife invested in coordinating, they canceled everything. I recommend finding a more reliable florist for your ceremony. I do not recommend this one.

In today’s world, with access to advanced technologies like Google Maps, updating a store’s operating hours shouldn’t be difficult. However, as I experienced yesterday, this store still doesn’t update its information. Despite Google Maps showing the store as open, when I visited the location, it was closed. Even before going, my calls went unanswered, which I assumed might be due to the store being busy. It’s time for businesses to utilize technology better and provide accurate, up-to-date information to improve the customer experience.

If you are open till 8 pm, you must be true to your own schedule. Driving through the city to find your store shut down at 7:30 pm is a disrespect to your customers.

Because of the rating of this place i went there 2 times and couldnt get any thing. First time due to lockdown and Today i wanted to get a small flower for mothers day; because i didnt want to spend a lot , already got other plans and gifts, the employee of this establishment told me they “only accept orders over $100 because they are swamped”... i dont feel this is a professional way of dealing with the customers.
