I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! The entire team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and talented. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and very friendly. A special thank you to Elham — she is absolutely amazing! She pays attention to every little detail and truly cares about her clients. Her work is precise, beautiful, and exactly what I asked for (even better!). You can tell she is passionate about what she does. Highly recommend this salon and especially Elham. It is more than 8 months I go to this salon for my nails (her work is the best I tried)and I do my hair color with Samira. She is very nice also before my appointment she gets a test from my hair to show me how will be my hair. I have never seen this service in Canada in other salons .they are so kind and everyone is friendly there .i recommend to try this salon even for one time.

This was my first time getting a haircut with Arezo and I was very satisfied. Clean, precise work and a great experience overall. I would definitely come back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The service was unprofessional, and the staff didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. My hair was not done the way I asked, and when I tried to explain the issue, they were rude and dismissive instead of fixing it. The quality of the work was poor, and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If there was a zero, I would give it a zero. I get there and I have some prior highlights and wanted to get them lighter. I spend time to get here and when I arrive the stylist tells me it can not be done. You have to wait a month and come back? This is not my first time doing dirty blonde highlights. I always do it gradually and slowly so my hair is not damaged. I think the stylist just didn't want to bother to put in the time and effort. Rude and dismissive and told me have a good day. Waste of a time. Came home, bought a shoppers highlight kit and did it myself and even I got it to the shade I wanted. Don't waste your time going here.

Unfortunately their service is not good at all, I was their bride and my hair and makeup did not last during my wedding. They had me as a bride and they started working on my hair almost around 12 pm!

I had a very unpleasant experience with BAHAR Salon recently. I got a very disappointing hair cut by Bahar herself. She basically chopped my hair apart. The haircut was worse than a new hairstylist student! WHY? Because she was too busy to spend time and take care of her customer. I went back and asked her to fix my hair. Her husband and she started to yell at me and claimed I lied to her. She even told me “If you are back to get your money back, good luck with that”!!! I found this so disrespectful to any customer. I was her customer for 3 years and this was the only time I came back to fix my bad haircut and she treated me so rude and disrespectful with loud tone and tried to show that I was lying to them! This is really ridiculous that unfortunately you see in her salon. She claims to be the best but her customer service is below zero. I have the picture of the ugly, unprofessional ha

Honestly if I could give negative stars I WOULD. I had an appointment and they still made me wait 1 hour before they even started with my hair. I told the lady what i wanted and she did something else, she was very rough with my hair and kept lying about what i had asked her to do. She told me it would be 300$ but ended up charging me 400$ for very bad service and OK results! She never asked me if i wanted a cut or styling but ended up saying i told her no!!! The management was very rude and DID NOT ACCEPT A HIFT CARD I HAD SAYING IT WAS EXPIRED!!!! Gifts cards DO NOT EXPIRE!!! I would not recommend this place!

The service is top notch quality and all the staff there is very nice and kind.
