I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years now, and I’ve also recommended this place to many of my friends — everyone has been very happy with the service. The staff are professional, honest, and always helpful. They do high-quality work, communicate clearly, and make the whole process stress-free. It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop, but this place truly deserves it. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Auto Repair & Collision Centre @ 4544 Dufferin Street! The service was exceptional - super clean, neat, professional, and friendly staff. Changed oil with groupon few months ago. 1. They said filter is not included so had to add a fee for the filter. Every oil change must be done with an oil filter, so it's just a chip trick to get more money. Always offer the price that includes oil filter - it is a must for every oil change 2. The filter cap was tighten way to much. Couldn't release it even with electrical impact wrench. Should have used correct torque.

⚠️ WARNING - Organized Scam & Identity Theft This is the same business that was previously operating as "Mister Auto Repair & Collision". The owner scammed me for $87,400. Just two days ago I saw the same scammer still working inside the shop. As soon as he saw me, he ran inside. He has now change the name of the business as "Auto Repair & Collision Centre" using one of his former employees as the "new owner". He even used my real name to post a fake 5-star review without my permission. If you check other reviews, many of them are from 6–7 years ago — clearly fake reviews using other people's names. Both my criminal and civil cases against these individuals are currently active in Toronto courts. All equipment inside was also obtained by forging my identity. Do not trust this place.

Running a scam operation where they scam both the client and warranty company. They’ll bill the warranty company for work and keep the money and never fix your car. Goodluck getting your car back once he has it, he ignores all your phone calls. Hope the police get involved and shut this place down.

The bumper was installed incompletely, it does not work, it is a bad promise, I will not come back here again because it is just bad promises and poor quality at the body shop. This photo is after the bumper was replaced and painted by this team!!!

I bought an oil change through Groupon for 35$ The Next Step was to book an appointment I called and immediately the person on the phone told me there will be an extra $25 fee and probably more! Bottom line they are trying to take people's money unjustly instead of doing the job promised. One star rating is too high a rating.

I went there for an oil change after getting the Groupon, they asked for an extra $20 even though I paid for the Groupon. I paid because it would be a waste of time otherwise. It took about two hours to get it done, which I thought was too long. But that might be because I didn't make an appointment. However, I got an oil leak after they change my oil, which made a mess on my driveway, now I will have to take the car to the dealership. Waste of time and money. They asked me to give them a 5 star review online and said they'd give me $20 off next time. I suspect that's why there are so many 5 Stars review here. In my experience, I find them dishonest and unprofessional. I advice you to go somewhere else.
