I accompanied my friend to Atlas Spine clinic because of the rave reviews she gave about Dr. Arvin Sepahdoost. I watched how he treated her and was so impressed that I decided to have a treatment myself that same day. That was about a month ago, and since then I have also been treated by the physiotherapist and the osteopath. I have to say the service is amazing — such a great team. Highly recommend!

Hi. I came to Atlas practically paralyzed in the beginning of March 2026. Severe stiffness in my muscles - very tight and stiff; and spine compressed and misaligned. It is now the beginning of October 2026. I took 3 weeks off therapy in-between. So, in 6.5 months I have been revitalized by the work the staff has done upon me. Layers and layers of tight muscles has been loosened. My spine has been adjusted and stretched with the decompression machine. They identify problems very quickly and know what to do. I am now loose and limber and my body is way more functioning. I was not functioning too good before. Mobility was stiff and walking also was hard. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Arvin and his assistant Amir! I came to Dr. Arvin for my spinal stenosis and knee pain, and with the back stretching machine, acupuncture, and laser therapy, I have less pain, I move more easily, and I feel stronger than I have in a long time. Dr. Arvin is knowledgeable and gentle, and he always takes the time to explain everything. Amir is so kind and helpful, and he makes every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. While you are seeking real health improvement, they see you as an opportunity to maximize insurance charges. I attended Atlas Spine Clinic for 10–15 chiropractic sessions. While the clinic is clean, organized, and professional, my experience raised several concerns. The treatment plan felt generic and seemed focused more on maximizing insurance coverage than addressing my specific health needs. I was given a printed plan outlining session counts and costs, apparently based on insurance limits rather than my condition. I was also referred to additional services like acupuncture and physiotherapy, seemingly not because they were necessary for my care, but to ensure the clinic could claim as much as possible from my insurance. After completing the sessions, I still experienced pain, and when I finally saw the specialist, I was told the treatments had not been effective. I was recommend

Myself Sridevi, I saw all the negative reviews were marked as a no record of the patient visits, please don’t give the same to my review as I have proofs of the visits :)! I was not given any option to give no star so I picked one star to the chiropractor service.I am surprised to see the positive reviews about Dr. Arvin, but my experience as a regular patient from September 20th to October 8th has been quite disappointing. I attended 7-9(don’t recall exact number) sessions to address my neck and shoulder issues, but I never experienced a complete 30-minute session with him.His approach typically involved quickly cracking my neck & shoulder, which took just about4 minutes—literally, no more than that throughout all my sessions! Following this quick 3-4mins manual treatment, I was then put on an advanced version of a TENS machine for my shoulder with add on lower back traction about 6 -

I had a terrible experience with this chiropractor. They charged more than expected, and the treatment was ineffective. Despite multiple visits, I saw no improvement in my condition. Definitely not worth the money or time. Would not recommend.
