I was a bit on the fence before placing my order. Specifically for not being able to see the actual product before placing the order. But I must say everything about this shopping experience blew my mind: first, the owner/ artist (Bahareh) was super responsive and thoughtful. She patiently responded to my questions before and after placing my order. Second, coordination for pickup was extremely convenient as well (even for me coming out of town and not being familiar with the Toronto neighborhoods). And last but not least, this is a true piece of art! Carefully designed, packaged, and being accompanied by a greeting card amazed me. Thanks so

I personally make so many orders on local/handmade art crafts. cause I believe such businesses need more support, but unfortunately the experience I had with Afraart gallery was not satisfying. I believe honest reviews can help their service make improvements. 1. I placed an order of 6-7 jewellery pieces at once, the package arrived with a delay of at least 1 month. 2. the material used in some rings was not great, the ring already seemed to be old or used . 3. customer service was not the best, I received a ring massively oversized compared to my finger size and no fix or change was done by their end which left the ring useless. Very nice hand-crafted jewelry. I like the handwriting notes. As long as it's not " copy & paste" in all packages, that matters a lot . Keep going, Mrs. GHOLAMI & adding the dates besides your signature makes it very genuine. I liked the photos, but there is always some ways to improve & if you want, I can recommend @PHOTOGRAPHYBELMONTBUSINESS. You can collaborate with each other to market and present better online.
