I've been going to this clinic ever since I moved to Toronto, and over the years I've had several family doctors. Dr. Aryan is by far the best. During the first year after he became my family doctor, he helped me finally treat my acne that had troubled me for years. My skin improved more than I ever thought possible. The skincare advice he gave me, including how to build an effective routine and choose products based on their ingredients is something I still benefit from today. A year ago, I became pregnant. Even though my prenatal care was handled by my obstetrician, Dr. Aryan would call me whenever he received my test results, patiently explain what they meant, and take the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Aryan is simply the best. He is not only thorough and knowledgeable, but also has an excellent bedside manner. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about finding solutions for his patients. You can tell that his patients’ health and well-being are his top priorities. I understand that our healthcare system is backlogged and that many family physicians are overworked. Despite these challenges, you never feel rushed or overlooked when you’re in Dr. Aryan’s care. He consistently takes the time to listen, answer questions, and provide thoughtful guidance/follow ups. I am incredibly grateful to have him as my family doctor.

Really poor time management. I called 2 hours before my appointment to see if there was any availability. Booked me in 11:30. I asked at 12:10pm if there were more people ahead of me and was told yes "there are a few". Dr. Renata is great but I really don't appreciate the double/triple bookings. Clinics are of course there to make money but not at the expense of the patient's convenience. PS: never have I ever seen so many advertisements for products/services not related to family medicine at a clinic. Why are you offering paid phone charging services at a clinic?

Dr Aryan is my family doctor and he’s a gem. Same as the Persian front desk lady. The pharmacy connected also has really nice staff members. Only complaint is sometimes they run behind schedule with appointments (both in person and phone) but I can understand that family doctors are very busy right now.

My experience at this clinic has been excellent. I especially want to thank Dr. Arian, who is truly one of the best and most professional doctors I have ever met. He listens carefully, explains thoroughly, and treats patients with great knowledge and compassion. A special thanks also goes to the reception staff, especially Ms. Zohreh, whose patience, kindness, and helpful guidance make the clinic a welcoming and pleasant place for everyone. I’m really glad I chose this clinic and highly recommend it to others. 🌸

The team in this clinic provides such high quality care! The receptionists are so kind and helpful, and Dr. Alisa provides such thorough and extensive care. Such a professional and respectful care team!

They say they are a walk in clinic... I walked in and was booked to see the doctor. An HOUR later, after several other people had come in and seen the doctor before me, I inquires why... all these people apparently had appointments and I was given (but not told, in fact was told it would be "a bit" of a wait) an appointment time that was an HOUR after I'd arrived. Had to leave and will never go back here.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a clinic. Do not go here or see the UK doctor.

Super over priced. I got a lot done and it should have maybe cost me max $3,000 (inquired at another spot that does injections too and they told me for what I got I was under injected and over paid) for my face injections I paid well around $9,000 total. (Note I did ask this establishment for a full write up for what I got) the people there are incredibly nice and r very talented. But I don’t think I’ll go back bc the prices were insane 🙁

I just had the ABSOLUTELY WORST experience MY ENTIRE LIFE. The doctor was incredibly rude and crude. She didn’t treat me like I’m a suffering human being. I only came because it’s an emergency. The doctor was unprofessional and LACKED MEDICAL ETHIC. I cannot stress this enough. AVOID AT ALL COST. The admin team was unhelpful and rude as well. Only one of the admin team staff and pharmacy staff was polite.

The "1 Clinic" is a place for selling beauty products. You will notice this as soon as you walk in. I would not recommend this clinic if you are looking for a family doctor or someone to address your health issues. I visited this place to renew a prescription and discuss a health issue. As soon as I brought up my health problem the doctor pointed to their policy of "1 issue per visit" (attached photo). Apparently, I had already used my one chance by bringing up my prescription renewal request! I tried to clarify that I have not even discussed my issue yet but the doctor raised her voice and called me rude! I spent a maximum of 90 seconds with the doctor, and I was insulted twice! I believe this is a new record in medical history! I may have been treated differently had I been looking for a facial cream or holistic skin care!

This clinic charge for everything they can and have incredibly long wait times for a relatively slow clinic. My doctor left the clinic to return back to England, and they didn't provide a female doctor alternative, which legally we have a right to have access to as a patient. I asked for my files to be transferred to a clinic I found a female practitioner at accepting patients, and they refused to provide a waived fee as a solution to a problem I didn't create. My files were transferred to them from a local clinic in the fall of 2024, and I was not forced into paying a fee.

Appointments are offered in 15 mins increments but you’ll be waiting a minimum of 25 minutes no matter how on time you are. Budget your schedule accordingly.
